The main characters are still Toxic, Clown and Flaming.

Fnaf AR:the circus – is a fnaf ar au where all of the skins are a shapito circus troupe, part of which died in a fire and the rest (except for a few people) were fired not long after it with the reason: "the circus is over".

But it's not true. After only 4 years circus started to work again, but now only in one place – in a cold town, where it was burned. The ones who died are now alive and their performances became almost insane. Former circus performers tried to reconnect with old friends but unsuccessfully. Something is not right, but people seem fine with it.

What does this have to do with Toxic?

He and Radioactive still caused the fire canonically. But it wasn't both of their fault bc only Radio did it and then threw all the blame on Toxic trying to avoid the consequences. It happened not a long time after Toxic just started to work in the circus after it reopened. But that's not the reason why Clown got told to keep an eye on him.

The reason is that Toxic is too curious in everything that he started to be sort of a threat for circus secrets to be discovered.

What does this have to do with Clown?

Clown is a circus performer. He's a clown. And he knows way too much to leave!

Not much of a talker, sometimes creepy and tensed, but a good performer that can put smile to anybody's face! After Toxic started to work for circus Clown got told to keep an eye on him and distract from any opportunity to learn things Tox shouldn't have.

Also he was Flaming's friend before...

Flaming is not a circus performer. He was in the old plot, but now he's not. But his wife was! How unfortunate that she died in that fire with their daughter... All what he has now is their son. We could talk about his friend who he used to visit before and after the shows, but Clown cut the ties himself.

He also met Toxic accidentally and now he lives with them.

What does this have to do with remnant?

"Remnant is the term for the physical manifestation of memories infused with and possessing inanimate objects, making it a driving force behind the paranormal occurrences in the animatronics besides the spirits themselves" – as the fnaf wiki says so i'm gonna go with that.

The idea of starting to use it in performances to make them more spectacular was proposed by Aeronaut Toy Freddy when he just came to work for the circus, this was some time after Clown arrived. It was a bit risky due to lack of knowledge about remnant and it's possibilities, but idea got accepted and the plan of realization was finished after some time. The fire was in plan. However, things got not according to it as the fire happened too soon and it turned out that remnant poorly interacts with high temperatures. And, because remnant = memories the fire caused the lose of memories (and identities) of those who died in that fire. So now remnant has to be collected during the shows to recreate dead troupe's identities with other people's memories.

But the main goal has been achieved and the shows have become more entertaining and crazy. Even with unplanned victims.

What happened with the ones who were fired?

Most of them went to work in the theater. Some ones went the other ways like singing in the bars (Shamrock), skiing somewhere in the mountains (frostbear) or running their own flower store (Boulder and Woodland) and etc. They're all still good friends and often visit each other.

Goldie couldn't help but feel guilty, after all it was him who decided to fix his older scars given the chance, mainly the huge dent on his back. It didn't matter how many times the others told him it wasn't his fault and how this was caused by the high electrocution messing with his core chip to the point it reset to factory setting, the young man was the only hope to save Clown and he failed.

The animatronic was back to his default setting, he knew who Goldie was but didn't treat him the same way as before, it wasn't a "proud father/embarrassed son" dynamic anymore, just another bland "boss/worker" one from the bunch.

Goldie ask Black Ice and Black heart to help him explain the situation, that maybe if he interacted with people he was close too besides him something would change, maybe his circuits would re arrange back to normal and everybody would have their grumpy Clown again.

It wasn't easy though, for starters Black Ice and Black Heart weren't in best terms, both with each other and themselves.

While they acknowledge that the rabbit was being hacked and controlled by a 3rd party, Black heart still hurt Ice, he still hurt Clown and he felt like this whole amnesiac mess was his fault for not being strong enough.

Ice felt guilty over not being able to properly fight Bon to avoid all of this to happen. His feelings got in between to recognize the danger of an animatronic with a defibrillator, and because of it his best friend, his FIRST friend, ended up dying.

It might be his body, but it wasn't him.

And talking to him was extremely hard when he wouldn't even pay attention to what they tried to say. Clown would roll his eyes and look away as he was bored, not interested to know about this guy they claimed them he was. He was evasive and didn't care about hurting their feelings, which... yeah, he did with the others, but never with them. Never to Black ice, he was always the one exception and now... he was just another bypassed.

This was like an interview to join back, but Clown had zero interest to pass and do so.

Sometimes Bon tried to place a hand on top of the big rabbit's hand for comfort, just to be quickly be stopped by Black Ice holding him and freezing his hand in place.

"Sorry" he would apologize each time, just afraid that any other touch would hurt his friend again.

And what a friend he was, protecting him without any futher explanation of what was going on and tanking a dangerous attack for his sake. Clown KNEW Ice hated the feeling of being electrocuted, he hated it too, and he still took it rather than have him hurt again.

Black ice perk his ears as Clown called him, it was the first time he shown interest in him after all day. This was progress, right?

"Y-yes Clown?"

"Why did you do that? The whole freezing your companion's hand thing"

"I... I got a but jumpy. Black heart likes to touch a lot and I know you don't- I figured you wouldn't like that" he let out a weak chuckle "and I am a bit upset at him so rather than just stop him I..."

Clown blink softly before letting out a big sigh.

"You know... all of these things you and everybody tell me makes no sence to me. Im fresh out of the workshop and rather than getting to do my job and discover who I am, I am being TOLD who I am and how I should be, and is annoying"

"I-I know is a lot, I'm sorry, we are on a dire situation and we don't know what to do"

The ice bear tap his feet quickly to avoid freezing the floor. Being in front of his best friend and not seeing that spark of affection he always had hurt him

Clown grunt.

"You are the only thing that feels familiar... and I can't explain why"

Black ice skip a heart bit. That was a bittersweet squeeze to his heart.

Now imagine Clown falling in love with Ice again.

Melted is a kind and caring woman generally. Toxic was a kid when he first wandered into the bakery where she works, since then she's been keeping an eye on him
