taylor didn’t write the ttpd epilogue (see: “so i was out of the oven and into the microwave / out of the slammer and into a tidal wave” and “it was house and then cardiac arrest”) for people to insinuate that she’s desperately pining over those men as we speak

and additionally, why are some people convinced that a future with either of those men is what she desires and longs for in the big year of 2026 after she wrote lyrics like “i would’ve died for your sins / instead, i just died inside / and you deserve prison, but you won’t get time” and “you swore that you loved me, but where were the clues? / i died on the altar waiting for the proof” about them… make it make sense

the dancing scene in Tangled always gets to me because like... the king and queen are grieving, this is the hardest day for them, they don't take part in the celebration other than lighting the first lantern. but she's right there she's in the town the person you miss she's in the town she's painting the streets she's singing she's playing with the children. the person you're grieving is here and she's alive and she's dancing outside your window

i wish everyone following me made enough money to not feel like they were being boiled alive and had the time and energy to clean their room at their own leisure
