Oz didn’t not like his job, history was his favourite subject and he did quite like the children, but some days he just really hated everything around him. Today was one of them. He was in the staff room with his hands curled around a mug of coffee that was currently the only hing holding him together.
Then someone sat down across from him. “If you want coffee you’ll have to make a new pot,” he said to the newcomer.
Blaine had his own bad days, although there were a lot more of them. He’d never planned on teaching music to teenagers, and since being put in the position he was only that much more reminded of how shitty they were. Teenagers were probably the least passionate, most unmanageable human beings Blaine had ever been forced to deal with. Had he been like that when he was younger? The very thought terrified him.
He huffed when he noticed the coffee pot was empty - he was in desperate need of a cup. “Yeah, I can see that,” he grumbled, stepping over to the machine.
“You don’t have to say it like I killed your entire family,” Oz said indignantly as he took a sip from his own cup.
“By the way, I think some little shit children graffitied your door again.” That caused him to laugh a little. None of his students would dare do that in fear of one of his famous outbursts.
