the  rattling  of  their  crude  cage  designed  to  take  them  to  the  skies  does  not  phase  her  in  the  slightest  and  the  rareitan  woman  finds  herself  swaying  gently  to  the  movements  of  the  swinging  box,  finding  her  footing  rather  easily.  there's  a  soft  squeeze  to  alistair's  arm  at  the  mention  of  potential.  what  a  lovely  word,  potential.  even  the  sound  threatened  to  send  delighted  chills  up  her  spine.  potential  was  important,  it  required  nurture  and  care  to  draw  forth,  and  nurture  and  care  for  the  potential  she  had  was  limitless,  she  would  make  this  potential  of  hers  fiercer  every  day,  with  every  breath  she  managed  to  take.

her  gaze  drifts  upwards  onto  nothing,  simply  pondering  his  question  –  though  her  answer  does  not  take  long  to  muster.  her  voice  strangely  is  able  to  be  heard  well  over  the  noise  and  somehow  does  not  sound  strained,  it  simply  sounds  amplified.       ❝   perhaps  i  could  use  a  similar  word,  potential.  where  one  may  see  a  vast  desert  of  sand  and  nothingness,  another  may  see  an  opportunity  for  true  growth.  the  world  is  about  the  perspective  with  which  you  see  it.   ❞        a  pause  as  her  eyes  drift  back  down  to  the  man  she's  forced  to  cling  to  her  by  holding  his  arm.  her  bandages  twist  once  more  in  a  soft  smile.         ❝   the  world  is  full  of  many  strange  places  that  man  has  yet  to  discover  or  unlock  the  potential  of.  when  it  comes  to  places  like  orre,  all  it  takes  is  for  one  man  to  see  the  great  things  that  could  be  done  here.  i  suppose  you  could  say  that  the  way  you  speak  of  this  place  makes  me  feel  as  though  you  are  that  man,  alistair.   ❞
