oracleofkairosâ:
Oracle couldnât help the small frown, still carefully cradling Zoryas broken form.
âI⌠I know. I thought about it, but⌠A lot has changed, little one. Iâm not about to put things back to how they were, either but⌠I couldnât just abandon her.â
There would be questions, certainly. Concerncs too. But they could wait.
Sviat floats a bit away from Oracle, still hidden from view of the othersâ. He takes a glance at Zorya - all bloodied, bruised, thinnerâŚ
âIâm glad you didnât.â
The Ghost looks back at Oracle, shaking his shell.
âWe should find a better spot for me to bring her back. Out of the cold.â
The Oracle nodded firmly, lifting Zorya carefully.
"Hide in my pack... I'll get you two to my tent. It's heated."
He rose from the ground, giving a firm nod and cleanup orders to his men before vanishing into his tent, making room and carefully laying Zorya down in a camping chair.
