Serious Illness
Posted: Tue 2017/4/18
How to deal with serious ill patients?
They are weak and lacking physical strength. That is to say, they tend to heat deficiency. The basic priority is wenfu and then antui for assistant.
In practical, don’t antui those people. First of all, tell them illnesses are caused by heat deficiency and blockages. They have to wenfu and provide heat to their body and they can see improvement very soon. Let them feel it first. Then we suggest they go home and watch Dr Chang’s talks to establish a right concept. Let them know that if we have diseases, we must count on ourselves not others. We volunteers only assist them.
If you antui them for the very beginning, they might consider YSD can cure. What if they don’t go with wenfu, exercise, ginger soup intake, enough rest and good mood and their illness becomes worse. They might consider YSD doesn’t work and it may delay their recovery.

Gift of Bentong ginger
Posted: Fri 2017/4/14
OPT BLIA Tmn Puncak Jalil Centre Thu 2017/4/13 After attending to a client and her father-in-law for three consecutive weeks of OPT (原始点)therapy, both of whom have a host of illnesses, this is what I get: Bentong ginger. Knowing that we volunteer therapists and the centre don't charge money for the therapy service this lady handed over to me 4 kg of Bentong old ginger as a gift. In OPT therapy consuming hot ginger soup made from old ginger to enhance the internal heat energy of our body is part of the treatment regime.

How to consume ginger soup
Wed 6/15/2016
I have heard that some people drink ginger soup wrongly and they are hurt. We, OPM learners, feel sad about it. Why should such things happen? Now I provide you the proper way and hope you recommend your friends to follow suit. How to drink ginger soup? 1. Drink warm ginger soup from light to thick every 20 minutes. In this way, heat source enters your body continuously. 2. Drink it warm and hot any time. The quantity may depend on individuals and their needs. If they don’t get used to it, from small amount first then increase in quantity. 3. If pure ginger soup is too spicy, add just a little bit licorice, dried longans or black sugar. However, those things are cooling, don’t add too much. 4. The hot ginger soup must be put into a vacuum bottle and it must be finished in 12 hours. 5. Symptoms occur after drinking ginger soup. That means you have blockages. So press the corresponding Origin Points and then wenfu. When the blockages have been treated, you may drink ginger soup at any time. 6. If there is no improvement, decrease in quantity. (maybe it is caused by improper pressing or not enough wenfu) 7. If it becomes serious, stop drinking it and apply other heat sources. Press and wenfu the patients and let them feel comfortable.
Please noted that: 1. It is wrong to drink a big cup each time like a big cup in the morning and a big cup in the afternoon and drink non for the rest of the day. 2. It is wrong that the more concentrated would be the best. It must be matched with pressing, wenfu, exercise and good mood. In this way, the heat sources can be absorbed by your body easily. 3. Concentrated ginger soup and ginseng soup is the daily heat source for patients’ need. 4. If it is for long term daily care, drink light ginger soup, light ginseng soup or light ginger ginseng soup. 5. When you have got well totally, the main heat sources would be from your daily diet. 6. You can use ginger powder instead in case of emergency or it is not convenient to cook ginger soup. But it has heavy metal and it is not easy to absorb, you must be cautious taking ginger powder for a long term. 7. If the patients refuse to drink concentered ginger soup or powder, let them drink ginseng soup.
Some symptoms occur when taking ginger soup for the very first time: 1, Sore throat – press OP of head and neck and then wenfu. 2, Mouth ulcers – press OP of head and then wenfu. 3, Diarrhea – press lower back, sacrum and butt and then wenfu. 4, Upset stomach – press upper and lower back and then wenfu. 5, Constipation – press lower back, sacrum and butt and then wenfu. 6, Sweating – if your physical strength is getting better, it is not bad of sweating. However, be alert if physical strength becomes worse.
*Please note that don’t rely on ginger much. You must do exercise. Adequate exercise is the best inner heat source. Ginger soup is mainly for providing heat to your body while you have symptoms.

HFMD Hand Foot and Mouth Disease
Reposted: Wed 6/8/2016
HFMD hand-foot-and-mouth disease
Mrs Chan’s son was a ten years old primary three student. He had bubbles at mouth, arms and legs. He was examined at hospital that he had HFMD. As Mrs Chan learnt OPM herself, she didn’t want his son to have injections at hospital. But she didn’t have confident to do it on her own, she took her son to the OPM centre in Hong Yuen. Mr Pang pressed her son OP of head, elbows, hands, butt, ankles and feet. After pressing, her son responded that he didn’t feel itchy basically. Then he was applied with ginger cream. Then he wenfu on the plumbing mattress for half hour. After that he drank a cup of concentrated ginger mixed with water. At that time the child said he didn’t feel itchy at all. I told Mrs Chan that she bathed him with ginger water and applied ginger cream. Then Mrs Chan went home and applied ginger cream for him for three days. The child’s bubbles disappeared and he was not itchy anymore. Shared by彭治軍 Translated from Chinese by Connie
Recovery from unconsciousness
Reposted; Wed 6/8/2016
Mr Wei had a car accident. He could not interact with family from the second day when he was in hospital. He seemed that he sank into unconsciousness with stroke and could not speak. His face was swollen. His eyes closed tight and his whole body was stiff. My friend asked me to go and help. I pressed his OP of head for five minutes and he opened his left eye brightly. His sister said she was happy that she had not seen his eye open from entering the hospital. He changed a lot in one week’s OPM treatment. Today finally he uttered, ‘pain’. His friends were so happy that he discharged from hospital today. Shared by 陳聘升 Translated by Connie

My conception
Reposted: Thu 5/12/2016
I read ‘Mutant Message Down Under’ ten odd years ago and I was astonished. I thought if it really existed, I believed that there were many things which were beyond our thinking. Somethings that we didn’t know or we had not discovered them yet.
I once heard about OPM. I found it in the internet and thought that was a kind of therapies. I turned a blind eye until I received a set of DVD. I earnestly watched through it. I thought this man had courage. He challenged many people and things.
He was a Chinese Doctor himself. His wife suffered from breast cancer. She had a surgery and chemotherapy and finally she died.
So he made up his mind to make it clear what cancers are and find a way to deal with them.
What high-sounding sentiments that western doctors dare not to say.
In-between he faced a lot of hardships and he had much pressure as he is somebody.
What is OPM? You can find it in the internet. What I would like to say is that the ‘secret’ which can get rid of our pains. Would you like to make money with what you have discovered or would you like to contribute to the whole wide world unselfishly? He had struggled. At last he thought of master’s saying and then he let go. He announced everything to us unconditionally.
The OPM foundation is in Taipei. It is open for serious diseases enquiry. In the DVD, there are about ten cases. Some are spoken by patients themselves and some have photos. I took deep breathing while I was watching them. It sent shivers down my spine and I cried. I felt sad for the patients.
Other than sadness of patients, they talked about their pains, illness, going through surgeries and chemotherapy. It is wrapped up in hopelessness.
One of the photos is so shocking. An unmarried woman’s vulva is full of smelly tumors. Dr Chang asked what she was most worried about. She said she worried that she could not pass urine one day. She has no family and she dared not tell her mother about her illness. Dr Chang felt very sad as he could not help much and the patient had to go back home. That night she carried her suitcase and left.
Every time he had to face so many serious ill patients. How can he adjust his feeling? I wonder how he can make it.
A patient with carcinoma of mouth was so weak that he didn’t have physical strength to speak. Dr Chang asked him if he always speak like that. He said proudly that he used to have a good voice and sang well before the surgery and chemotherapy.
For ordinary people, passing urine, speaking and singing is so common but for patients, it is an extravagant hope. We really have to think about it.
A 17 year old American Chinese boy suffered from serious skin disease. He was itching all over round the clock. I felt sorrowful for him. The doctor announced that he would take drugs and apply cream for the rest of his life. I know the situation could not help even you apply cream or take drugs. You still have itch endlessly. What desperate. How can he have hope if he didn’t meet OPM treatment? What is worse? There are many people suffering more serious cases than him.
So if you are healthy, cherish what you have. Don’t destroy it.
Dr Chang has been giving talks to many countries and there are volunteers too. Many of them benefited from OPM and they help others too. Some even go to some Asia countries to teach and translate. Many elderly go there to listen.
Many people are afraid of cancers. The second one is cardiovascular disease and the third one is cerebrovascular disease. There is another point of view in OPM.
His idea is helping patients without repayment. He is held in great esteem.
He is also leading many of us to join to show mercy and it is spreading.
He challenges the established medical concept in people which needs great courage. In the past, as the OPM concept is not completed yet, he regarded himself useless as barking at a train. Now that everything is more complete. He is not weary to educate ordinary people like us. He tells us that other than western medicine, there is a natural way you can choose like OPM.

Shoulder injury
Posted: Sun 4/24/2016
Pushing hand in the park After talking to RC over the phone this morning I'm glad to hear from him that the pain and stiffness on his right shoulder region has diminished significantly compared to last night.
Last night when he called me about the excruciating pain on his inflamed and locked shoulder, I advised him to place a hot compression pack on it before going to sleep. To promote blood circulation flowing to the scapula region of his injured shoulder, I specifically reminded him to use a hot pack and not a cold pack
Earlier in the morning when he injured his shoulder during push hand I had pressed the OP points on his neck, upper back and scapula. While I gave the OP points on his neck and upper back a general treatment, I focused the pressing and rubbing on the outer scapula, where the OP points have the shape of the number "7". It was here on the outer scapula that I detected all the pain points which further confirmed his shoulder injury. In OPT (Origin Point Therapy / Yuanshidian / 原 始 点) the "7" shape outer scapula OP points governs injury on the region between the shoulder joint and the elbow joint.
For minor soft tissue injuries like muscle sprain, the use of OPT usually leads to rapid and good results provided the treatment starts as soon as possible after the occurrence of the injury.
How to make ginger cream
Posted: Thu 4/21/2016
I use Vaseline and ginger powder 3 to 2. For example, 3 spoonful of vaseline and 2 spoonful of ginger powder(the ginger powder must be 100% pure without anything added) 1. Melt the solid vaseline into liquid. Method: Put the vaseline into a metal container. Place the container into the hot water carefully and stir the vaseline until it melts and turns to liquid. ( If you heat it with fire, make sure the temperature must not over 60 degree) 2. Put the ginger powder a bit and a bit into the vaseline and continue to stir until they mix up together. 3. Put the mixture into a jar and let cool. 4. Cover the jar until it cools down completely. *It takes about ten minutes to make it.
Stroke patient on a train

To treat a stroke patient with OPM on the train
At 4:40pm 21/3/2016, Tatung OPM caretaker, Miss Lee took a 2671 train to go back to her old home town to visit her relatives. At 20:50, when the train arrived Shuozhou, they heard from the speaker that someone needed first aid in eleventh compartment and they were asking for health care workers to come and help. Miss Lee rushed there without hesitation. She saw a man in his 40s wrinkle his brow. He was pale and without strength. He half lay on the driver. The driver was holding him. He saw Miss Lee and asked whether she was a doctor. Miss Lee answered him she was an OPM caretaker and she could help with this stoke case. Miss Lee held the man’s head and began to press his OP of head. The man said it was very painful. After three to four minutes, he felt much comfortable. Then she began to press his OP of upper back. At the same time, Miss Lee asked someone to help to get her ginger powder in thirteenth compartment. She made ginger water for him to drink. She then put hot water into the plastic bottles and wrapped them with towels to wenfu his head. At this time, the man got his strength back.
The driver asked Miss Lee warmly that where she came from. She said proudly that she was an OPM caretaker in Tatung OPM centre. The driver thanked her so much. Miss Lee said it was her responsibility to help people. People around them were amazed and gave her a big hand.

Washing body with hot ginger water
Posted: Mon 3/28/2016
Starting on Mon 3/21/2016 I have been using hot ginger water to wash my body at least once a day for a week already. I use a face tower soaked with the hot ginger water to wipe my whole body immediately after taking my shower.
I make the ginger water by boiling a pot of water and freshly cut old ginger slices in a electrical convection cooker for about 15 minutes. I make sure the water comes to a boil
So far the results on my body have been positive.
The itch on my skin has subsided considerably. After each wash i experience a burning sensation on my skin that lasts for about 15 min to 20 min. The first time that I experienced the hot sensation was akin to my skin being burnt by acid. However, after a few washes I got used to the experience and even welcomed it.
This morning, on my daughter’s suggestion I soaked my feet in a tub of hot ginger water mixed with ginger powder for about 15 minutes. This practice is supposed to improved blood circulation to my legs.

March 12-13 2016 OPT Workshop in BGF
Posted: Sun 3/20/2016
Sun 3/13/2016
OPT (Origin Point Therapy / 原 始 点)Workshop in BGF. Lying on the bench is Bro Jason Ng. Today I had the opportunity to apply OPT massage on him. With the assistance of gravity and my self weight to pile up the pressure, when I pressed the OP points on the gluteal region of his buttocks with my elbow, I noticed that his buttocks and legs twitched a few times when I pressed the points. Apparently this time I had hit the bull's eye of the OP points on the gluteal region. Being a heavily-built person, with the OP points buried deep inside and below the surface of the skin it is not easy to sense the correct location of the points. Even if I can locate the points correctly, being a light weight in comparison to him, I may not have the strength and power to send the pressure past layers of protective muscle to effect the tendons buried deep below the surface. The experience of witnessing spasms pulsating on his buttocks and legs is indeed gratifying for me because In the past when I applied OPT treatment on him, all my efforts ended up in only scratching the surface of his skin. It is from feedback like this little episode that provides important verification of how far your skills and knowledge have progressed. The saying of "practice makes perfect" is true indeed.
