We have an update regarding the production of the zine. In consideration of the budget the mod team has decided that the zine will be upgraded from softcover to hardcover. This affects all physical bundles. Special printing, unlocked as a stretch goal, on the front side of the cover will still be included.

Info: One Piece Marines Week is a week long fan event celebrating the Marines from One Piece taking place JULY 25 - JULY 31!

Fan artists, fanfic writers, and other content creators are encouraged to make content during this time and to connect with other fans. Join our discord here!

Rules: 1) This is an all ages/SFW event! You may take inspiration from the prompts for NSFW content but please do not post it in the event tag. Likewise, our blogs won't be reblogging NSFW content. 2) Any medium of fan content is allowed! Just please submit your own work. Collaborations, whether artist-artist, artist-writer, writer-writer, etc., are also welcome and encouraged! 3) When posting your creations online, please use the tag #OPMarinesWeek, so as to make them easier to find! As for writers, there is a collection on Ao3 to post your fic(s) to!

Reasons for yes could be, that it‘s the one luxury you allow yourself, that it is the only way to even get merch at your location, that you want to support the creators or the good cause. You are part of the zine yourself, you love the crew, ship, character, etc.

Reasons for no could be that money is tight, that there are other things to focus on or there is an oversaturation of zines and it’s impossible to decide. Maybe you don‘t support zines in general, or don‘t support zines that aren‘t free. Could be that there hasn’t been a zine that interested you, etc.
