#LP6Contest The UN's SDG goals are extremely important, and we have a duty in our community and our societies in order to do our part to give back to the communities when it is needed. There are 17, and I would like to highlight three of the ones that I would like to focus on. The first one being gender equality, decent work and economic growth. And lastly, no poverty. Gender inequality and poverty is very high in Southeast Asia and in Asian countries. And in order to stop that, we need to be able to shed light on what is really happening. It is very normal to be seen in Asian communities that women are supposed to stay home, or supposed to take care of the kids. This is why I want to focus on women's financial empowerment. It is more than just creating something for ourselves and empowering ourselves to to make a living. But it's about taking up space and using that space to be the voice of the people that feel like their voices are unheard, that we should be able to be given the same amount of freedom and the same space in order to succeed in the areas that we wish. I choose to lead by example, by starting my own business, by selling products that are environmentally friendly, selling products that work as a soft power to promoting Thai products and Thai ingredients, as well as using social media as a platform to start affiliation programs for women and for individuals that are not given the opportunity to work outside of their homes or are not given the same or equal pay that is able for them to support themselves, so they can do that by staying at home and using social media as a platform to gain experience, to gain knowledge, to gain work from a distance that doesn't create harm, or distance that can push them to take the first step. This gives them the opportunity to have them become the voice for themselves, having control over their lives and having control over what happens in their life, and making them self confident in what they have and what they bring to the table. Being able to have that access to whatever you want to do is something that nobody can control or take over. But I also realized that in order to give back to the community, I need to be able to create something for myself as well. And that's the message that I want to share with everyone. How can you love someone if you don't love yourself first? In order to create something great for us, we need to take the time to learn to empower ourselves before we can empower other people to create a change. I always like to say be the change you want to see in the world, and that always starts with you because every little step can achieve amazing greatness. And I always want everyone to remember that one person might not be able to change the world, but in unity there is strength. Little.
