okay but what if mei and m are actually literally two different ppl stuck together in the same body

like m was the original toy and mei was their owner and everything was super great, m was over protective as hell and mei just really liked her cuddly bear toy, and then something went very wrong and m was like ‘okay no, no, i dont like that, fuck this shit mei never did anything wrong fuck you’ and just kinda. stuck mei’s soul into their body.
