Hi, I had a question about your soy milk post. Okay so I know about soy milk having negative effects on males but how about females? I keep hearing and seeing so many different things so I get so confused! I recently started to ween out dairy and went to soy. Should I just drink almond milk instead?
That's a good question! When I was reading, I didn't see (nor was I looking for) anything about the impact on females. The impact on males was due to the estrogen hormone levels. I chose to cut out soy, because I'm nursing my baby boy. I would suspect that in high doses, soy could have an impact on anyone. BUT...
