They Call Me The Almighty (no they dont)

“Console” is a mysterious appearance within the Crossroads, whiiich I don’t have a whole lot of lore on but he’s based entirely off an Admin Console and stuff like that. Was tempted for a moment to make him the F3X building tool guy but I like the idea of admin console being more aesthetically pleasing.

The whole idea behind his appearance is like fancy man in a suit, face typically hidden behind very glitchy boxes. Dragon tail and horns canonically! Though the 4 horns he has can only be seen from behind because glitch box censoring his face.

Also because headcanon, he likes to fish with Darkheart for hours while saying absolutely nothing to each other.

Oh and for their birthday I’m making this public because I haven’t done anything else ;-;

This is a fan fic of two of our characters that are honestly at fault for us becoming a couple because things got just a bit silly~

One of the head office rooms had a perfect view overlooking most of the orbiting station around Mars, even had a beautiful scene onto the planet itself. The station was on the night side of the world, capable of seeing the few city lights onto the once dusty planet, turned suitable for mankind. Despite this sort of luxury, stress was at an all time high. Messages dinged constantly from the computer at the desk, yet the man running the office cared not. All he would do is just stare out the seeing glass to the scene below, sipping his evening coffee.

Eden was the head of possibly the second most important project for the future of mankind, the “Heaven” project. Humanity needed a way to mass transport billions, close to trillions of people across entire galaxies just to… flee inevitability. Delay what is to come of this dying universe.

For context to our story, this universe is plagued with an astral virus capable of not just infecting entire planets, but consuming them into its own hivemind mass. “Entropy Unknown”, or {EU} was the dedicated title for this virus due to its incredibly unpredictable nature and interplanetary destructive potential. Humanity has reached a point in technology that space travel and colonization on other worlds is entirely possible, just takes some time. Worlds could be terraformed and stabilized for humanoids and other earth life to live within. Earth was immensely overpopulated and still growing to the point even this highly advanced technology cannot keep up with the pollution and resource demands building up. Not only that, but scouts have confirmed the approach of an EU strained meteor. It was the main form of infection from the virus, sending out fragments of planets and astral bodies to take over other worlds.

For some years now, a plan has been in the works to construct a supercity dedicated to house as many people as possible, even alien intelligence given their cooperation towards the project. Eden was the main brain behind the idea, and while it was in a crude state, it was merely a foundation to the future.

Eden himself was a slightly above average height male, skinny figure with bright blonde hair that tends to drape down past his shoulders. The… “twink build” as some dub it. Some people considered him the smartest man in existence, given the fact it was him who founded most modern marvels at the time. Deioleum extraction (AKA “God’s Blood” in Latin), refinement, and the invention of FTL technologies with so much bioengineering capabilities. Humanity has come to a point in this time where they could recreate bodies and infuse them with someone’s mind. This has led to some interesting results of humanity slowly growing less… human over time, but is par for the course to the path of Perfection.

Back on track- Eden was taking a break for the evening, having just finished overlooking the hundreds of blueprints he gets sent each day by lesser designers for the city. Living over a century in age by now yet still looking in his early thirties, Eden was only now feeling the fatigue of his work. Everything was weighing on him. The city wasn’t an issue itself, it was the transportation of so many lives within the timeframe that they have.

Astral carriers were typically large enough to house thousands of people at once, some of the larger rigs holding up to 25,000- but those were mainly for the soldiers that fought against the infection to slow it down. Even if travel was figured out, the planet the city wasn’t being constructed on still required the whole testing process of civilization stability before the city itself can begin to be built- let along the factories to process and…

The computer finally stopped dinging. The final submission before quitting time. Alas, the silence was back. Eden raised a hand up to his forehead, rubbing it slow. A headache, migraine potentially. He should have had the coffee in the morning instead of now.
