goodbye!

adventure time was and still is a huge inspiration to me, and is probably the sole reason why I am where I am today. since the finale aired yesterday, I’ve realized how huge of an impact it had on me - it’s why I wanted to work in animation in the first place. it was my first fandom, where I met my first online friends, and where I learned to draw aka fanart (if you’ve stuck around long enough… you remember lmao). and…! marceline/princess bubblegum were pretty much my driving force while growing up, as a lgbt kid in a weird area. I remember running back home to watch episodes, then desperately analyzing their relationship on tumblr for hours afterwards. it wasnt much, but it was enough for me to cling to.
