Sometimes I'll get really angry during the day, but then I just let it go. I'm not saying it's easy. It's never easy to let anything go. We, as humans, have grown to hold onto things; like movie tickets, bracelets, memories, grudges, and e.t.c. We are dedicated to not let go. The same goes for being angry. Someone or something else makes you angry, and naturally, you hold onto that anger, even if it's over something stupid. This is because 1.) it just happened 2.) you're holding onto the moment. It's hard to let go of that anger because that's not what we were taught. But I promise if you take a really deep breath, tell yourself "just get through ten more minutes"
