I had a breakdown because my best friend's at the time, their reaction was just "oh" so I'd like some comfort from Thatch if possible.

Also if you could include this - I have this thing when I cry I also smile to try and reassure everyone I'm fine. (Almost like a defence mechanism)

Its not secret that Kid was moody, hard to deal with, and really enjoyed fights. Meanwhile, you were the kind of person who just couldn’t stay quiet. Two people with a bad temper was a bad combination, but he was the captain and you were the navigator. Both of you obviously had important roles, and neither of you could quit the crew.

Killer tried his best to be patient, but daily conflicts between you and the redhead were driving him crazy. He tried to make you two get along, to talk, to do tasks together, but nothing worked. So he had an idea. It could go terribly wrong. No, it probably will go terribly wrong. But he needed to try anyway.

You were trying to eat breakfast while Kid was picking on you. It was the perfect opportunity. The man slowly approached you, and in a swift move, he handcuffed you and the captain together.

— What the fuck is that? — he burst. — This is not funny!

— Killer! What the hell? — you yelled, yanking the handcuff as if it would help. — If this is a prank, I’m not laughing.

— The crew decided that you two are too temperamental. Maybe spending a day together can make you two get along. — the blonde said, leaving the kitchen. — Don’t worry, it’s just until bedtime, if you two get along. Or maybe until tomorrow, if I see you two fighting a lot.

He left the kitchen, still able to hear you and the redhead yelling, cussing and complaining. The blonde could also hear the sound of the handcuffs, probably when you two were trying to break it somehow.

— It’s your fault, Eustass! He only did it because you’re annoying and acts like a child! — you said, trying to use the fork to open the metal object.

— Me? You’re the one who’s a damn know-it-all brat! — he yelled back.

— Fine. — you sighed. — Fighting won’t help us. We’ll need to work together for once and try to find this stupid key.

— Don’t be naïve. — he laughed. — Killer is not stupid. He wouldn’t leave the key anywhere we could find. We’ll either find a way to break that shit, or wait until bedtime.

— Wait? And have to go through a whole day around you? — you widened your eyes, faking an overly dramatic expression. — Why is the universe punishing me like that?

The breakfast wasn’t a very peaceful meal after the previous events. Kid finished eating first, and wanted to head to his workshop, while you still wanted to finish eating your food. After eating, you wanted to wash the dishes, but he kept rushing you.

He went to his workshop, pulling you. Kid usually wanted to be alone, it was his peaceful place, but thanks to his best friend, he was forced to work while you kept asking questions next to him. “What is that?”, “but why does it look like that?”, “can we go somewhere else now?”. He got fed up with your questions, and tried to check if Killer was taking a nap to try and steal the keys.

Sadly, the massacre soldier was very awake, writing a list for supplies for when the ship docked at the next island in just a few hours. Maybe time would go faster if you both went shopping anyway.

After buying food and medical supplies, you needed more clothes, but Kid was ready to head to a bar.

— I need clothes! — you demanded, trying to pull his massive figure and head to the store you wanted. — So we’re going to buy clothes.

— No, I already bought everything I needed, and now I need a beer. You’re going to take hours and I don’t have time for that.

You were about to reply, when both noticed Killer approaching you. Remembering his words “if you two get along, it’ll be just until bedtime”, you two faked a smile, waved, and Kid walked to the clothing store with you.

He hated every second, especially when you asked for his opinion about some outfit or accessory.

Finally, you two went to the bar, where the crew was waiting. They couldn’t hide their amusement seeing both of you handcuffed, some were covering their mouths to muffle the giggles.

— One laugh or one comment and I swear… — he warned right away.

It was already quite late already; Kid was still drinking when you just wanted to go back to the ship and sleep.

— Eustass, I’m tired. — you whined. — Let’s go back, I want to sleep.

— No, I don’t want to go back yet. — he took a sip of his drink, not bothering looking at you. — You can sleep here.

— With everyone singing and yelling? I won’t be able to sleep.

He grunted, finished drinking and got up. Just a little more and you both would be free from the handcuffs. He’d be able to go back to the bar, and you’d stop complaining and bothering him all day.

Kid and you headed back to the ship, going to your room. You laid on your bed, while he sat on the floor, with the handcuffed hand on your bed. It didn’t take you long to fall asleep, and the redhead eventually felt his eyelids getting heavier.

He woke up not long after, seeing Killer by the door holding the key.

— Finally! — Kid whispered without even noticing, not to wake you up. — After today, you better start sleeping with an eye open.

The blonde uncuffed you both, and you didn’t even move, still sleeping peacefully. The two men left your room, heading to the deck.

— Kid, I have one question, though… — his friend asked, getting the captain’s attention. — You could’ve used your devil fruit to break the handcuff easily. Why didn’t you? Unless you… — he got interrupted before finishing the sentence.

— I… Forgot. — the redhead seemed flustered.

— You… Forgot you had devil fruit powers? — he raised an eyebrow and smirked behind the mask.

— Yes, I forgot. Shut up. — he looked away, trying to hide his slightly red cheeks. — But don’t you dare doing that again.

Part 1 (Sabo - Zoro - Shanks - Sanji)

Dating Law means…

-Spending some time together and saying nothing. It might feel awkward for you at first but you will learn to enjoy these moments of intimacy. Silence speaks louder than words with Law.

-Having very passionate conversations. When he gets into his adorable ‘nerd’ mode. Crazy huh? Once he is in an established and ‘safe’ relationship (aka one hundred years later) he opens up more about his nerdy side.

-Constructive criticism. He is very honest so if you ask him about his opinion on something you’re working on he will just tell you what he thinks and ways of improving yourself.

-He doesn’t sugarcoat things at all. So you better have thick skin and be prepared for some constructive criticism.

-Expect having customized everything. Seriously, have you seen this man? He literally customizes every single piece of clothing he owns. So you’ll have your cute little mug with his jolly roger on.

-Sometimes when he is thinking really intensly he scrutches his goatee and it's insanely adorable.

Dating Kid means…

-Stealing his big fluffy coat and enveloping yourself in it.

- A lot of bickering! That’s how he shows that he loves and cares for you. He knows where to stop though, he just likes getting a reaction out of you.

-Gifts. He will probably make you something manually, maybe a ring or a necklace. He would of course pretend that he just had some metal laying around or some free time but in reality it took him a lot of hard work.

-Getting to see him put on makeup every morning. How sweet is that? He would even offer to paint your nails because ‘you suck at it’.

-You could even share lipsticks and have your lipsticks mix whenever you kiss.

-Feeling protected. Kid will let everyone know who you belong to. This man is extremely territorial and won’t hesitate to squeeze your butt to assert dominance.

Dating Katakuri means…

-Freshly made donuts every morning. Sharing his merianda with you and a lot of chill moments.

-Being the smallest spoon ever, this man is a giant so he makes you feel protected. He likes to hold you against his chest.

-He likes to know your favourite things to surprise you with toys or gifts. He especially loves to get you plushies that made him think of you. (Because you’re so small compared to him and extremely cute.)

-Getting a bunch of dresses. He likes to buy you dresses whenever he sees something that you would look cute in. He would pretend that it was just something that one of his sisters didn’t want but he forgets to take the tag off and that immediately gives him away.

-Bear hugging you from behind.

-Free mochi.

Dating Izou means…

- Let’s face it, he probably does your hair even better than you do. He loves to play with your hair and give you a makeover. It feels even cuter since he dresses you in a similar way to him and that makes you feel connected.

-Arranging flowers together. It’s a fun hobby of his and he likes to talk about everyday life things as you do it.

-Genuine compliments. And ones that matter. He’d rather compliment your perfume choice or some detail in your clothing than just call you “beautiful”.

-Having a healthy and peaceful life. He isn’t the type to look for conflict and he is very mature so no drama with him. Just sweet domesticity.

-The little "goodbye" kiss on the forehead he gives you whenever he's going somewhere.

-Admiring him as he takes off his make up and unties his hair to go to sleep. His sily hair falls on his shoulders in the most gracious of ways and you feel honoured to be the only one to see this.

kid;

he doesn’t try at all to comfort you at the beginning because he thinks he doesn’t need to because it will take just few days till you’re okay, but if he tried it wouldn’t be too hard.

he tries to pull you out of the room you holed yourself up in for days after his mind went feral to why you haven’t gotten up to your feet yet, he particularly pushed you out of the room when you said no more than two times.

if you haven’t eaten he would be very upset and voice it very clearly while asking killer to make you something, he would stay to watch you eat just to make sure you didn’t throw it or left it untouched.

it upsets him to see how long your dropped mood has been going on, eventually he wants to do anything to have you the way you were before this happened and asks you if he could do anything.

he was too fed up with how long it has been since you didn’t go back the usual you and started shouting at you. “you’re strong, that’s why i fell for you. you’re not to be weeping and moping around longer, it’s already been quite too much, don’t you think, huh? life doesn’t fucking stop just because this happened, you’re burning yourself up for too long and i can’t watch it anymore!”

law;

he understands what if feels like to lose someone important, he understands your pain to some extent just because he doesn’t know what’s going inside your head and heart, but he knows it’s painful, he asks you to talk about it because it helps even if it hurts or takes too long for you to be able to say one sentence at a time.

he gives you your time and space, he lends you an ear or a shoulder if need be but wouldn’t force you or his presence unless you need him there.

he makes sure you’re drinking enough water and eating everyday when he visits you after finishing whatever he has on hands.

he offers landing somewhere every time an island is close by so you could have some fresh air and step out without feeling too pressured by others around.

every once in a while, he would spare some time in his week to do anything you want until you feel better and step out. 

shanks;

he knows the pain too well, he knows how it might affect someone as well, that’s why he tries to be there for you always no matter what comes up.

he checks up on you every moment till benn tells him he’s overdoing it.

he tries to lighten up the mood by cracking a few jokes when you ask him to be there, he compliments you one how strong you are and that he admires it.

would tell you stories about what they’ve been up to, the adventures they went through and how things around are going in the would outside to take your mind away from your overthinking and pain but he makes sure he doesn’t say anything insensitive.

after a while, he’s still there to support you through it and offer a drink since he knows how beer or wine helps in such situations.

He would notice if something is missing from him, and that certainly made him get angry at you several times before. But you just love to see his face turn from an annoyed frown, to an out of control one in a matter of seconds (Not only you, but also Shachi and Penguin enjoy making him a little angry from time to time). That day you decided to steal his hat from him while you were having dinner on the Polar Tang. “(name) give me back my hat, right now” he said calmly, yet some veins were starting to swell in his temples. You run through the submarine aisles. You heard Law’s steps following you, not running, but walking fast for sure. You were all laughs and giggles. “I’m gonna put it in the washing machine!! this shit stinks!” you shouted. “WHAT? IT’S CLEAN! GIVE IT BACK!!” he said and you heard him approach you, as he was now running. “ROOM. SHAMBLES”. You thought something would get changed for the hat, but… suddenly, you were in his arms. Law’s face millimetres from yours, his mouth so close you could feel his breath over your lips. “Give it back” he says frowning, yet with a calm tone. “I’ll give it back, only if you give me a kiss” you told him, holding the hat over your head. “Fine…” he said and planted a sweet kiss over your lips. You instantly gave his white mushroom hat back, but he put it over your head and headed to his room, carrying you inside. You can imagine the rest… ♥ ~

Kid never gave a single fuck about you stealing his stuff because he simply didn’t notice it, until one day that you stole an INCREDIBLY special -and embarrassing- possession… You were wandering around the Victoria Punk when you saw the door to his room open. Open for you to scrutinize everything you wanted. He has never told you not to do it, and because he is not a super talkative person about his past, and you just needed to know, you entered and closed the door behind you. You’ve been there almost every single night, but never had the chance to look deeply into his stuff. You laid your stomach over his cot and your head hung just to look above the bed.  And there it was, a little wooden box. “That’s his memory box, for sure” you say and take the box out. You sit on the ground and open it. Inside there were several pieces of literal metal, a wrench tool, a photo of Killer and him and some random girl and a little metallic robot that seemed DIYed. “This must be something he made, how cute!” you say. And suddenly you heard the door slam. “WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING WITH THAT?!!” Kidd shouted. You froze in place, closed your eyes, and flinched. The little robot on your hand got also scared, despite not being a living creature. Hard steps coming towards you, made your ass bounce in place as the wooden floors moved in reaction to Kidd’s walking. He stood up in front of you and told you “WHY DO YOU HAVE THIS? ARE YOU STEALING FROM ME? WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU?!”. “I- I’m not… I’m sorry… I just wanted to know you better… If I ever “steal” something from you it’s just for pure fun, you know?” you told him with tears in your eyes. Kidd has a soft spot for you, and watching you cry instantly turns him into a soft smush of a person. “Oi, don’t… don’t cry. It’s ok. But you shouldn’t be touching my stuff without permission” he said, crunching next to you to wipe your tears. “I’m sorry” you said, sniffling. You kept inspecting the toy in your hands, until you asked Kid “Oi, this is just so cute. Did you do it?”. Kidd’s cheeks turned as red as his hair; he was so embarrassed. “I… uhm… I did it, yes” he said and quickly snatched it out of your hands. “Don’t you ever touch stuff like this without asking me first, ok?” he told you, acting angry. You simply laughed and gave him a sweet kiss over his burning cheeks ♥ ~
