Had a fantastic Mother's Day! Spent time with both families and loved every minute. These are the days I live for. 💜💜

& I got a good half hour! Laying out in the sun for a little bit always makes me feel so good. I'm so glad spring is here and summer is fast approaching 🌞🌞🌞

I so don't feel like going to the gym today. No lunch, lots of writing and just plain old tired. But I'm gonna get dinner started and then head to the gym to work out these arms. This is gonna be a long ass week between being on trial and just getting everyday stuff done. Gotta start off the week right, though!

So I have to brag. At work there was free pizza for lunch. Gosh, did it smell delicious! 🍕🍕 Well, I made the choice to decline the offer of free, delicious smelling pizza and eat my salad from home instead. 🍲🍲 I've learned how to make better choices. Not too long ago I would have jumped on that pizza so fast and probably would have had two pieces. It's all about the choices we make. Those choices ultimately decide which way we're going to go. I'm trying to actively choose the healthier road. Which are you choosing?

Morning smoothies!!! Just a little avocado, beet, banana, kale with some red maca and plant protein. Getting geared up to enjoy this beautiful day. The sun is shining and we're gonna be heading out to soak up some rays. 😎😎

Tried this oatmeal/cereal for the first time since it was on sale at @momsorganicmarket. It was interesting. I'm not used to having chocolate in my oatmeal so it takes a bit to get used to that. But it's filled with great stuff like dates, cacao nibs, maca root powder and hemp protein powder. Happy Sunday!! 🌞🌞

This is me right now & we have food shopping to do and a dinner tonight. I'm gonna be a hot mess by the end of today, but these legs though... 😝😝

It's a dreary day in Philly but we can't let that stop us. Today will still be productive even though it hurts to breathe (thanks ab day) and I can't move my arms much ( thanks arm day)! & that won't stop us from getting that good chest workout in today!
