im recovered cuz i wanna b a muscle mommy now n i love my juicy plump ass

ed tumblr save me clothes i wore last summer are too tight on me now

why would i go to therapy when i can just listen to lofi chill hip hop beats to relax and study to and cut myself for the same effect

looked at too many full body pictures of myself and now i want to kms or starve forever

anyway my new plan is to lose weight at a reasonable pace and hopefully i'll have lost 10 lbs at some point in january B)

made a fucked up soup and acted surprised when i immediately felt die of riya coming after finishing it

i don't think i can go very hard. but i think i could do omad + a snack + a drink and be able to still lose weight. idk

so far today I've had one regular meal, a slice of cake, some candy, some ginger ale and an almond milk latte.
