“Why would I take credit for things?” Her eyebrows furrowed clearly confused as to why Tommy would think that of her.

“Oh, no, not you! I don’t think you would.” Tommy quickly assured her. He had realized that his words sounded like they were accusing him. “I’ve just had someone do that to me before.” 

“Really? I’m honored!”

“Yes! Definitely. I need more of those. You’d fit in with the group, too.” 

Agnes smiled at him as she listened to him and danced to the music “i can’t dance that well either so, its okay.” She cleared her throat “I’m Agnes by the way, in case you didn’t know.”

“Okay cool!” Tommy chuckled as he continued to dance along. He was glad she wasn’t going to judge him for his terrible moves. “It’s nice to meet you, Agnes. I’m Tommy.” 

“Oh you’re being modest. Such a heroic man like you coming to help me.” She smirked while taking his hand. “I was very lucky.” When she felt the firmness of his handshake, she looked up at him through her eyelashes. “Not only handsome, but strong too. Why aren’t you just the entire package?”

Tommy’s confusion only deepened at the girl’s words. He wasn’t quite sure how he was a hero, but he figured that he’d let her think what she wanted about him. “Yeah, sure. Not everyone can defeat a necklace, huh?” He chuckled as he shook her hand. He was glad that he could make her day at least. “Um, thanks. I’ve never really been told that before.” 

Vanellope gave a small snort of a laugh and shook her head. Feeling a bit strange the girl ran a hand through her hair. “I know, they’re sort of weird…” Van always got a bit self conscious when she opened herself up like this in front of new people and, like always, she desperately wished that Ralph were somewhere near by to keep her calm.

Tommy caught onto the fact that she was embarrassed. A reassuring smile slide onto his face. “Weird but pretty awesome.” He scratched at his chin while fighting to think about his own dreams. “You know, I don’t have any awesome stuff like that. Got anymore?”

She giggled at his praise, doing a curtsey and hoping that her light flush wasn’t as noticeable as it was feeling. “Thank you, thank you! I’ll be here for as long as they decide to keep us here.” At Tommy’s question all Mabel found herself doing was giving a bashful nod while chewing on her lower lip and hoping that his red cheeks didn’t mean that she had yet again made him feel uncomfortable. Why was she like this? But as he spoke his next words, her head quickly snapped back up to look at the older boy in surprise, her cheeks now growing a deeper shade of Crimson, not expecting it at all. “T-they do?”

Tommy’s heart almost couldn’t contain it when Mabel did a curtsey. His smile was bright, but his mind was bursting with thoughts of how cute she was. It was becoming harder to contain his crush for her. He was just too nervous to admit anything. “Forever preferably.” The words slipped out and his heart went wild in his chest. “I, uh, mean, yknow,” His casted his gaze down when he realized there was no way to cover up what he had said. When he finally looked back up, Tommy was surprised to see her blushing. His smile returned as he tried to shrug and be cool about the situation. “Yeah, why wouldn’t they? You’re....kinda my favorite person.” 

“Are you sure that’s not just your ego talking?” She challenged, quirking an eyebrow. 

“It probably is.” Tommy chuckled as he shook his head. He knew the girl was trying to shake him down, but he wasn’t ready to give in just yet. “We all deserve to have an ego sometimes.” 

Drogon made a small, cooing like nose when Tommy stood in front of him. It stood up on its hind legs and moved its head up and down. “I am using a system that I modified from online. I might try your program if you want to share it with me.”

Tommy couldn’t help but continue to be impressed with the dragon. He had to admit, it was a really cool design. “Yeah, sure, I definitely don’t mind sharing. You can use my stuff whenever you like. Long as you don’t take credit for my things, you have free reign.” 

“Perfect then, huh?”

“Yeah, but now I’ve dubbed you my partner-in-crime.” 

“Pig and dig, that rhymes, you did that on purpose!” She grinned, wiggling a finger at the older boy. The wide smile on her face only growing wider as Tommy continued. “"Awww he would love you, I just know it! I’ve told him so much about you already…I-I mean, you know, like the perfect amount of talking about someone before it’s like considered creepy ‘cuz you know, w-why would I talk about you more than necessary, right?” Mabel awkwardly laughed out as she said it all in one breath, looking down at her shoes before looking back up to quickly add, “Y-you don’t have to answer that…”

“You caught it!” Tommy’s grin seemed to cover his whole face. He had no doubt that she’d catch onto his joke, but it still gave him joy. She always seemed to make herself look cooler every day. Once she revealed that she had mentioned him to Waddles, his cheeks flamed up. He cursed himself for blushing so easily around her. He tugged at his earlobe and despite the embarrassment, his smile still remained. “You - uh, you talk about me to him?” His stomach seemed to fill with sudden butterflies. “It’s cool, if it helps, my robots know about you.” He tried to sound casual about it as he shrugged his shoulders.

“I am so lucky to have such a handsome man like you to help me,” She mused. Vanessa wouldn’t be surprised if she had seen him around the college often, but hadn’t spoken to him. “What is your name, cutie?”

“Uh, yeah, sure, no problem, I guess?” Tommy scratched at the back of his head, unsure of what to think. He wasn’t used to being complimented on his looks unless it was Mabel. Sometimes she slipped up. “Tommy. It’s nice to meet you.” He told her while offering out his hand.

Kimi knew without a doubt when her eyes landed on Tommy that he would join in, her lips stretching into a wide smile when he did not disappoint. “So it’s not just gonna happen like that,” she continued, “‘Cause I ain’t no hollaback girl! I ain’t no hollaback girl!” Still smiling, she threw her arms around his neck without warning, just thrilled to see him. “Thank you for not being a party pooper!”

Although Tommy didn’t know the song well, he was going to try his hardest to give his friend what she wanted. When it came to the girls in the baby mafia, he was always sweet on them. He threw his hands up in the air and wiggled his body around. He knew that he looked like an idiot, but they were having fun. He didn’t care. He wasn’t too surprised when she suddenly hugged him, his arms wrapping around her tiny frame. “Duh! Why would I ruin your party? I always wanna join in.” 

“Hell yeah, I have a billion of them.” Edith grinned, as someone who paid more attention to the gross things they heard about than actual school work this was true, they decided to share one they had read a few weeks back. “I heard that 15% of the air you breathe in at an average metro station is human skin.”

“Awesome, lay them on me.” Although their facts were gross, Tommy loved them. He did find himself weary of things, but it was still cool to hear them. “Holy shit.” He covered his mouth, gasping into his fist. “That’s insanely gross. Thank god I never go near those things.”
