Cheat day is like… a bar of chocolate for me. Most of the time dark and with nuts. I think my nutritionist would kill me if that ever went into my mouth.

Dark chocolate has always been kind of bitter for me so I’ve never been a big fan of it and I’m allergic to nuts so go figure. You have a nutritionist? They’d probably hate me since I have the diet of a 5 year old.
