‎“Allāh makes ways out of hardships for His Awliyā’ (close servants).

‎That is only delayed for some of them at times,

‎to purify them and increase their rewards.”

-Morning and evening azkar -Listen to the recitation of a surah you know, understand, and reflect on the meaning. -Listen to a lecture(about Allah, seerah, etc) -Read an Islamic book. -Expect a reward from Allah for the discomfort you feel.

‎“And know that anyone who loves a thing more than Allāh, ‎then it is inevitable that he be hurt by the thing he loves.”

When you say Astagfirullah you are asking for 2 things:

Firstly, that He conceals the sin.

Secondly, that He overlooks the sin, so He does not punish by way of it.

وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ.

‎"Allāh does not forget the good you do, nor does He forget the good you did to others and the pain you relieved them from. Nor will He forget the eye which was about to cry but you made it laugh."

‎“It’s from the guidance of the Prophet ﷺ to offer a sujood of thanks to Allāh whenever a blessing is granted or a trial and affliction is lifted.”
