I (M25, omega, he/him) went to the new omegamart at the edge of town cause I could feel my heat starting. Figured I could solve my problems there, well I was fighting for my life parking my car as the heat made it really hard to think and by the time I was done I was a sweaty tired mess. I tried to clean up best I can and even managed to slap some patches on before getting out.

It was kind of a blur between the parking lot and actually walking into Omegamart but by the time I became aware I was already holding a chocolate bar and was perusing the suppressants aisle. When this deliciously rich earthy scent hit me, Reddit I need you to understand, I was in heat the smell of such a delectable alpha made it impossible to resist. Next thing I know Im scenting a frankly rather handsome fellow and dragging their arm into the toilet.

While the handsome stranger and I were cooling off from our mutual ahem pleasured heights there was aggressive knocking on the door of the stall we’re in, it made me jump and my partner tried to hold me still since they’re still inside me. So, there’s this coworker at the office who gets uncomfortably close with the omegas, me included, and whenever we tell her off she just brushes us off. About two days ago I couldn’t take it anymore and I told her off about her behaviour, she balked at me (and by gods her already disgusting scent became even more disgusting when she’s upset) and told me that her behaviour wasnt inappropriate and that it was “normal” between coworkers. I then proceeded to tell her that her partner left her because she couldn’t stop smearing her smelly pheromones to every single omega she interacts with.

I can’t believe I have to ask am I the fucking asshole

Contrary to most alpha/omega couples, I (24F, omega, she/her) am the breadwinner and dominant in the relationship with my mate (25M, alpha, he/him) my mate stays home with our 3 month old. So obviously, I’m going to eat more food in order to facilitate an increased activity on top of postpartum care.

Recently, my MIL(56F, alpha, she/her) had invited us to a dinner at a steakhouse, I was hesitant to go because I know MIL will kick up a fuss about me “eating too much as an omega” but i relented because my mate wanted us to have dinner together as a family. Unfortunately I was rushing from work and I didn’t have time to pick up a snack before I changed and went to the restaurant. Things were fine at first, and everyone agreed to split the bill, it was at this point I was too hungry and tired to care so I ordered their two person steak set, which includes two ribeye steaks and two sides and two drinks. I told my mate what I wanted to order so he could choose one of the drink options for the set, when my MIL began to comment on how I’ll never finish it as even SHE can’t finish a meal, it was at this point my mate growled at her which shocked me and my in-laws (my FIL is a beta), now my husband is a very passive alpha, even during our dating and courting stages he never displayed any of the aggressive and possessive behaviours(besides the overscenting ofc) so this is my first time he’s ever showed his inner alpha. FIL gestures to the garden outside and I followed him as mother and son have their pheromone battle inside the restaurant, while the garden was nice, the company was not as FIL only parroted the same sentiments from MIL, he begins to tell me about how omegas must remain soft and dainty for their alphas. I curse the fact that betas have a less sensitive sense of smell because the alpha that was taking pictures in the garden swiftly packed up after they smelled me. We made our way back inside the restaurant after a few minutes and MIL did not look happy, arms crossed, pointed glare. Anyone with eyes can see she’s beyond piss and those with impairment can smell it.

My mate put his arm around my shoulder which made MIL huff, eventually out food arrives and I scarfed down my meal. MIL balked as I finished off my meal and was waiting for dessert, MIL blew up she begin to comment on my body, my weight, my appearance and how she regretted every giving me her blessing because I was a terrible fit for her son, she then demanded WE pay for the meal, which fyi what I ordered wasn’t the most expensive thing on the menu, MIL’s starter was already more expensive than my two steak set. My mate blew it, he took out his wallet threw some cash on the table and asked if I wanted to leave. The only time I’ve said yes faster was when we had our shared rut and heat.

Mate’s side of the family has been blowing up both of our phones and giving me unsolicited advice about how to be a good omega, mate has been on my side every time and eventually we just decided to silence both of our phones.

Backstory. I (F40, alpha, she/her) am a single mother of a 2 year old from my rut cycle after I spent it with an omega(F37, omega, she/her) I was courting, we fell out after she gave birth to my wonderful baby boy. She refused to be part of his life and has given me exclusive custody of him.

My fiancé(F39, beta, she/they) and I were discussing the logistics of our soon to be shared income, we planned to officially mate(against the wishes of my mother), when she brought up my son. I assured them that I had plenty saved up for him and how it wouldn’t impact our daily saving goals. She nodded and told me how I would’ve been the perfect wife if I didn’t have my son. I was shocked and I asked them what she meant since they’ve never had a problem with my son before this. She casually explained how it’s complicating things and how much happier “we” would be without him. Some backstory. I (F25, alpha, she/her) met my girlfriend (M20, omega, she/her) on Mater last year , we really hit it off and we’ve been officially courting for half a year now and I’ve been showering her with gifts and scented clothing and she has done the same. Recently though, I noticed she’s been canceling out dates, leaving me on read and refusing to meet me. I thought okay this isn’t how she normally acts while on heat but maybe it’s particular strong this month.

I decided to get her takeout from her favourite restaurant and leave it outside her door, I made sure to text her that I was getting her food so she wouldn’t be too surprised at an alpha presence. When I was in the elevator on the way to her apartment, I noticed it smelled like her heat scent and it was mixed with another musky alpha scent. My stomach dropped and I began to cold sweat. When I reached her apartment I expected to see signs of struggle on her door but nope, it was intact without a scratch. I thought I was being paranoid so I placed the takeout bag onto the floor and ring her doorbell, to my surprise an alpha answered the door. They smiled at me as they picked up the takeout bag on the floor and thanked me for being such a good friend. I was in shock, my inner alpha wanted to fight this foreign alpha in my girlfriend’s home during her most vulnerable moment, but then out comes my girlfriend in a bath robe and when she saw me she froze. I couldn’t take it anymore and I yelled at her. The other alpha looked shocked to hear that I have been courting her for half a year because they said that she only called them over because she needed help with her heat. I yelled some profanities at her calling her a barge of insults that I don’t remember and stormed off.

Me(40M, omega, he/him) and my wife(42F, alpha, she/her) recently went on a 2 week vacation to the Bahamas without our daughter(17F, omega, she/her).

Our daughter is very self sufficient, and very obedient so my wife and I weren’t too concerned about leaving an omega alone during our trip since we would check the front and back door cctv every once in a while.

Well after we booked into our hotel, I decided to check the cctv while my wife went to fill the bathtub, and lo and behold there were a few people at our door. They’re my daughter’s friends and after she let them in I closed the cctv tab.

A few hours later my daughter called me and she was hysterical and sobbing and I could barely make out what she said. I called my wife over and she managed to calm her down. My wife put the call on loud speaker so I could listen in on the call, my jaw dropped as I listen to my daughter confess that she was in heat because she hadn’t been taking her repressants and had invited her alpha friends to knot into her. My wife calmly tells her to take my plan B pills that I keep next to my bedside drawer and then she’ll get a stern talk once we get home.

My daughter then proceeded to tell her that she planned to keep the baby but none of the alphas she slept with was willing to claim the baby, I blew it and I told her how ashamed I was that as an omega, I didn’t instilled the values of a good omega into my daughter like I thought I had and various other things I don’t remember.

My wife proceeded to use her alpha voice to shut me up because “shaming” my daughter isn’t going to solve anything and how it’s my fault I threw away her knot toys when I was cleaning her room and that we’re booking the first flight back home.
