Narusasus will call Sasuke a twink but turn around and make Naruto, legitimately the same build as him, an excessively muscled jock with linebacker shoulders that towers over Sasuke. They will exaggerate Sasuke’s waist and features to death in order to warp him into some botched feminine twink. It’s actually insane how feminized his fanart has become to the point where most of his design is unrecognizable in the fandom. It's most noticeable in narusasu western artists, the majority of whose art has contributed to the mass psychosis of botched twink Sasuke.
If you showed them an actual panel of Shippuden Sasuke or Adult Sasuke drawn by Kishimoto they'd keel over and die.
Most often the few unrefined sketches Kishimoto has done for The Last gets brought up, but when you put the drawings side by side on the same plane they're like the same size.
Only difference is Kishimoto giving Naruto a crazy huge dumptruck/thicker ass I guess lmao.
Also Kishimoto draws a diagram of Sasuke's well built bicep from his lost arm. Not the arm of a twink despite half of it being missing.
And now being a one-armed swordsman, there shouldn't be speculation on his arm being bulky. Lifting a heavy sword and being an adept sword user is not something meant for twink noodle arms.
Closeup panel we have of their arms at the end of Shippuden. Same size, Sasuke’s even a smidge bulkier.
There's also inconsistent anime stills or studio art that they love using as proof of Sasuke being smaller, daintier, feminine, twinkier, etc etc yet I can also gather "twink" Naruto images of the same calibre.
