i just think it’s insanely funny how Annie and Hughie met. They matched eachothers freak for real, cause what the fuck was Hughie doing just sitting on a public bench eating a sandwich while Annie cried next to him? There wasn’t any other park benches to eat a sandwhich on? Or to cry at?

let’s also acknowledge hughie had no other belongings. he had one single sandwich. so he made a sandwich at home, left in his car or bus or took the tube, or even walked, and then went to the park and sat down with just a sandwhich wrapped in plastic that whole trip. just holding it. he didn’t have headphones in, either. didn’t even bring a bag to put his loose sandwich in. weird.

This might be a bit out of pocket but I’ve been seeing a lot of people posting about The Boys and how they love Homelander so much. They talk about how “he can do no wrong” and “they can excuse his actions” and this is just insane to me.
