So I’ve reached my GW. What does that mean? It means I’ve reached a number I’ve been pining for and working for and sometimes even resenting for pretty much my entire adult life.

It does not mean: that I don’t have lose skin, rolls, and marks from my clothing.

It is not: a magical fix-all for my mental health struggles (as weight loss is sometimes marketed as)

It IS: a wonderful accomplishment that I’m very proud of!

Listen ya’ll. I worked my ass off and I tracked my calories. I made sure I ate ENOUGH while being in just enough of a deficit to lose weight over TIME. There is no “quick fix diet”. Thank u

Recently it has become unmanageable. I cannot eat or sleep and pain meds no longer help.
