One of the things i hate the most in fanfics and erotica in general is how very few authors are able to develop characters and the plot in sex scenes. That is a golden chance you have right there!!!

The show scandal is really really smart in how it uses sex and everyone involved as main characters there do a good job. I love olitz but i will actually defend jake and scott foley here. Olake sex scenes are usually revolting to me and that is a good thing. It makes sense in context. Olivia in the darkest of places going to him? Makes sense. Sex with no vulnerability and no love. It has a narrative point and it does that well.

I really care for never break the chain. I love that story more than anyone else. I was going through my masters during 95% of it. A lot was written while i was in uni in line for lunch or on public transport. I did that. It is good. It might not be perfect but its mine.

I write for myself and all that but it is good to know that my writing and my effort mean something to people. It doesnt matter if its fanfiction or just whatever meta i write here. Its nice putting stuff out there and getting the same energy back.

Vermont best sex scene in the show and its not close btw. The most intimate we ever see them.

Again, traumatized by 509 but that eventually led to Mellie drunk in Olivia's apartment and Olivia finally FINALLY admiting that she enjoyed Fitz being married. She always needed that escape. Given the choice to not make it real and to run she would go for it. Its also the reason a real relationship could never happen until he was actually divorced AND out of the white house.

Every four months i touch the final chapter of never break the chain and i can never get the final scene right. I'm never finishing this oh my god. It doesn't have to be perfect but it's not good. I hate it here.

(sorry if this was you) months ago someone sent me an ask that wanted me to talk about Fitz's suicide attempt and self-harm tendencies (i wrote many words also many months ago, not ready to publish) and I find it interesting but nowhere as near as Olivia's tendencies.

I was in a crisis and rewatching scandal at 23 going absolutely bonkers over it just like when i was 14 fr 😭😭. Then i had to go get a life.

So close yet so far. I have 80% of this final chapter ready. It's been like this for such a long time. I haven't published a single thing in over a year. I keep trying and its never what i want it to be

I have the ending. I don't have the complete final scene but i have the ending!!!!!!

Now aware that i need less than 1000 words for this to be good enough to be done with. I'm not the same i cant force much more than that but i'm so close
