Merging CC - A Mini Guide
So youād like to merge (or bundle) your sims 2 cc? Merging packages is a great way to speed up your loading time, but please keep the following in mind:
- You canāt un-merge CC, so you better be damn sure youāll want to keep it. - You canāt use the in game trash function on merged CCĀ - You canāt merge everything (āyou just canāt, Nemoā) - Merging your Mods is probably a very bad thing.Ā - Back Up your game. Seriously

How to only show specific posts on your blog
This tutorial will show you how to display specific posts on your blogās front page that have a specific tag eg. #xyz
This is useful if you like the aesthetics of certain posts & would like them to show up on your blog, but not allow others!
To get started place this code after <head>
Thats it for all the code parts!
However you will not have any posts show up so you will need to use mass post editor with xkit to tag all your posts with #xyz
Then if you use Q+ you will need to edit your queues & add the xyz tag under qplus.io/account/activity

...Anyway, I created a Userscript for the Chrome/Firefox Stylus Extension that reverts the new dashboard to the old format. This took a lot of tweaking and it's not perfect at all, but if anyone wants it I'll be uploading it soonish now!
A fix for the new Tumblr dashboard! If you don't want the sticky header you can remove the labelled script at the top of the css below /* St
You need to have Stylus installed. So if you don't have it:
Install the Stylus Firefox Addon or the Chrome Extension
Once it's installed into Firefox/Chrome you can proceed with adding this style or any other.
To add the style, follow the instructions:

Click on "install".
Style will open a tag with it and in the left side you'll have a button that says "install style", click there. (Step-by-step copied from the lovely dorothyoz39 who wrote this in a reply!) Yes, you correctly read that:Ā āThe Blind Needs Challengeā.
Itās not a challenge with rules to follow, but rather an additional difficulty for your simming sessions.Ā We were used to see the condition of each Sim we controlled. However, this challengeĀ will remove the privilege to see the needs of your pixelated people.
Indeed, every need bar is locked, which prevents you from seeing if your Sims are getting hungry, tired, dirty, etc. Moreover, you cannot know whether their needs are improving or decreasing, since there are no green/red arrows. Of course, the mood meter is still available and Sims can always warn you before itās too late!
If you accept this challenge, simply put the file in the Downloads folder. You can remove it if you want to regain your ability to see your Simsā needs again.
Tip: Pay close attention to your Simsā mood since it directly depends on their needs! A bad mood means that one or many of their needs are low. Energy has no impact on their mood though.

If you want to spice things up a bit, try this: - Have a single parent with 2 (or more) toddlers, good luck! - Have 3 (or more) young adults lived in the same lot having A+ in each semester. - Combine this challenge with other challenges, such as the Asylum Challenge.

My BACC Rules
Since @mackieblr asked and Iām not sure when Iāll be getting back to it, hereās what Iāve come up so far! Itās mostly inspired by @nepherists2-blog and @didilysims rulesets (I outright copy-pasted some part from theirs, actually, since it was originally just gonna be for my own eyes, haha.) A lot of it is quite vague in places so feel free to ask for clarification.Ā
The main way mine differs from some is that it doesnāt use any lot-points, CAS points or sim multipliers, because I suck at keeping track of stuff like that! If I play one I plan on just adding sims when it suits me.Ā
Also most of the āentertainment-yā careers take place in Downtown/The City. I donāt like how those seem to take place in lots of different unspecified locations so it makes sense to me that they happen in a bigger city. I included business here too since it seems weird to have a ābusinessā career track when there are loads of player-run businesses. Same goes for culinary, I donāt like the idea of having it linked in to creating a player-run restaurant since they wouldnāt be working at that restaurant, per-se.
