Hi everyone.

In one of my last posts I mentioned how clothing choice is important when trying to maintain discretion whilst using continence pads.

Today I seemingly inadvertently didn’t take my own advice. I got a really nice Hugo Boss polo shirt for Christmas and haven’t worn it until today.

I did notice it was a little short but thought it would be ok. Bad mistake I have been paranoid all day.

After lunch I found a disabled toilet and had a look at how much it was riding up and was quite surprised to see quite how far it was riding up. I thought there may be some potential for a waistband to show if I wasn’t careful but I didn’t know it was quite as bad as it was. I also didn’t know that my shirt may get stuck in the waistband, so even though I have thought my shirt was down I now don’t know if it’s been stuck at some part of the day. Really annoyed at myself! 😔
