Me(internally): aww they’re pretending like they’re gonna eat the leaf

Them: MONCH

* Wash yourself with soaps that smell like earth. Lot’s of herbal soaps and men’s soaps smell like forest, dirt and rain. This works well with candles and incense too, burn nice earthy scents.

* Keep your diet rich in iron and protein (if healthy for you)

*Don’t feel like you meed to eat meat. Werewolfkin can be vegetarian or vegan. Tofu can be cooked to mimic a nice meaty texture, and crunching into an apple with your fangs is a Good Feeling™ 

* Get a body pillow if you don’t have friends or partner(s) you feel comfortable snuggling with. Put hot water bottles in the case of your body pillow(s) to make it feel like sleeping with a pack.

* Try to spend some time with your toes in the dirt. Feeling the earth in the soles of your feet is a powerful but simple moment.

* Get a big furry blanket, like those ikea blankets they used to make the GoT capes. Do that, drape it over your shoulders while you watch tv or do homework and feel beastly.

* Get your sleep. I know the night is alluring and the moon is beautiful but you have work or school in the morning don’t be foolish.

* Volunteer at the local animal shelter to get your canine companion fix if owning a dog isn’t a good idea or possible for you.

*Get a weighted blanket to help simulate a cuddle pile of a pack.

*DON’T try walking constantly on the balls of your feet to replicate a digitigrade posture. It’s so bad for you.

hurting him, then rewarding him with a kiss that makes him melt in your arms

kissing the tip of his nose while he’s helplessly tied in place

kisses that start with him on his feet and slowly push him down to the ground

pulling him off balance and kissing him, so he has no choice but to hold on if he doesn’t want to fall
