The next step for Old navy is expanding their stores. Expanding stores is something every store wants to do. Being able to buy things in other countries is a big step and it looks like Old Navy has already started. This year Old Navy opened five franchises in the Philippines. Next, their plan is to expand stores to China. Where will they end up? No one knows for sure right now but everyone is waiting to see if Old Navy is ready for that big step.

Like a lot of companies Old Navy likes to keep in touch with their consumers though social media. Facebook, twitter, instagram, and pintrest are just some of the social media sites they use to, not only keep in touch with consumers, but to let them know about sales, new clothes, and great deals the have going on. It also helps them connect with their consumers so they can tell Old Navy what they can improve on in store and online.

Since its creation in 1994, celebrities have been a part of Old Navy's maketing plan. Clebrities have brought enormous amounts of revenue to Old Navy.
