Appearance: Skinny. She obsesses over keeping her weight at 108 pounds(or 49 kg) because for her, that's the weight that makes her happy. Her skin is porcelain pale and she goes to great lengths to keep it that way(she's an SPF 80 kind of gal). She has grass green eyes and cornsilk blonde hair with a natural wave to it. When working, it is usually swept up in a clip or just simply tied back in a braid to keep it out of her eyes. Delicate embroidery can hardly be done when looking through a curtain of hair. She usually dresses in a vintage modern style, although she never wears heels(it's usually a simple pair of black flats). It's quite comical, really, because when she's working on set or fitting a model, she usually has to stand on a stool to be able to properly fit their top(this even goes for female models) and she can usually be seen at work with a pair of black-framed glasses on her face(due to years of sewing making her nearsighted) and a wrinkle in her forehead, which usually signifies that she either just walked out of wardrobe or she's coming up with new ideas.
Special talents: She can embroider like it's nobody's business and can churn out outfits and alterations at an unbelievably fast pace. However, she can neither knit nor crochet to save her life, so that is usually left for someone else to do. Lilli also adores cooking and there's usually a tray of something sweet on her desk in her office (needless to say, people usually walk out of there muttering something about either resisting or failing to resist temptation.) She also throws clay on the potter's wheel she has at home and even has a kiln in which to fire them.
Company Position: Costumer. She also dabbles in hair and makeup a little, if it's crucial to the overall vision of the shoot or if the entire studio is in a mega-crunch. By no means, though, will she ever claim that she is actually a part of the hair and makeup departments and tries to step on as little toes as possible because she knows that she is certainly no professional with such work.
Personality: At first when meeting her in her work clothes with her hair swept back and a wrinkle in her brow, one might think she's an angry person, but it's actually quite the opposite. If one walked up to Lilli to simply say hello, her brow would immediately smooth and she would crack a big, toothy smile and respond in kind. She is generally very warm and kind and is always full of compliments for the models, hairdressers, and makeup artists when they're working together. She knows that their jobs are so stressful with the pressure to look right, so she likes to add a little boost of confidence when she can. She is always professional with shoots and fittings, as well, even with the 18+ issues of the magazine. Lilli gets so absorbed in making the clothes look good and making the models feel comfortable in them that she hardly notices that she's standing next to nearly naked men and women. At work it just doesn't phase her. Outside of work it is the complete opposite.
Likes: Sewing, cooking, making pots and vases on her potter's wheel, complimenting her co-workers and seeing them smile, 1950s fashion, Vogue magazine(you should see the stockpile she has), fine art and music
Hates: Crochet and knitting, when her glazes don't turn out right in the kiln, those days at work when everyone is scrambling to get things ready and screaming at her because one thread on one button is loose, people treating her like she's being funny or her opinions are cute because she's a small and dainty person, any clothing item made out of actual fur(she and her supervisors have clashed over this issue many, many times)
History: Lilli grew up in a small farming community out in the Midwest, in Nebraska. She started sewing young when her parents enrolled her in 4-H, which is a youth group dedicated to teaching children things like sewing, woodworking, farming, livestock raising and so on. Lilli dabbled in them all and finally found her passion with sewing. She's been sewing for over ten years and decided to go into college to get her bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising and Design. She got the chance to do an internship and a semester of study at the Fashion Institute of New York and it was there that she fell in love with the history of costume and how dress styles changed over the ages. It was also there that she found out about an internship(and later a career opportunity) with iOK!Fantasy Studios and she jumped on the chance to work there. She's been in love with her job ever since and hopes to some day work her way up to becoming the costuming department's supervisor.
