INTRODUCTION

34 years old. Single. He has money, but he’s not well-liked by people. He’s a man with personality issues who has yet to experience love. In this story, we shall see him grovel in front of his first love.

A staggering amount of annual income, a fair face and figure, the CEO of a first-rate hotel - all of these qualities amount to nothing when a woman gets to know his personality. That’s because he’s harshly judgmental towards the people around him. He is a man with personality issues. Could it be that his first real love has finally come?!

This first love can be compared to a mountain peak over 8000 meters. His pride stops him from getting to know the girl he loves. He has no idea what she’s thinking - and she, on the other hand, is a girl who can’t read the situation. Despite these troubles, he only wants to be loved by the person he loves. 

Throughout the story, he makes use of little romantic techniques to convey his sincere feelings. At times, touching and amusing, and at times, this just makes you want to pull your hair out! - all for the sake of making her like him back. Why does everyone hate him so much? Is he really that different? The things he believed in for a long time begins to work against him. The Most Difficult Love in the World begins for this man who woke up from a long hibernation away from romance.

Q. What do you think about your role in the drama?

He is the young CEO of a first-rate hotel. He’s a bit weird. I’m looking forward to how this weird guy falls in love and grow through the story.

Q. This is your first time playing as the lead guy in a romantic comedy drama. How is it?

This is my first time doing a romantic comedy, and I’m relieved that it has comedy in it. If it were a pure romantic love story, I would be too embarrassed to do it (laughs). There are a lot of lines in the script I’ve never had in my other dramas. It would be nice if I can show a different side of myself through this drama.

Q. What are you excited about being a CEO?

It has always been my dream to have the business card of a company president, although I have no interest in becoming one (laughs). I’ve always wanted to have a business card which says “CEO”. Because of this drama, my dream came true. (laughs)
