in a Durarara seiyuu event, OnoD (Shizuo) mentioned that while recording the very first episode, after he left his script, someone had doodled on the cover such that “Durarara” 『デュラララ』became “Jotatao”『ヂョタタオ』.It turned out that HiroC (Izaya) (and Mamo (Masaomi)!) was behind this
In a DGS episode, OnoD said that while recording Durarara!!x2 承, when he returned from the toilet, someone had yet again drawn on the cover of his script, turning 『デュラララ』into 『デュあナル』(Duanaru) (he mentioned that the “a” was in hiragana) and of course, HiroC claimed he did not know who had done it.
HiroC: But I think what was different from the last time, and what was kind this time round was that it was drawn using a mechanical pencil, so it can be erased. The last time, it was drawn in ball point pen and couldn’t be erased
OnoD: That’s really true. It really couldn’t be erased
HiroC: This time it can be erased. It’s okay, Ono-san.
OnoD:...IT’S YOU! (OMAE DARO)
(HiroC was also commenting that changing the katakana words to hiragana reflected good sense and OnoD said that that skill was great but unnecessary)
