😬 do you use your phone more than you should? how many hours do you spend on social media?

🤔 can you imagine if all the hours you spent scrolling mindlessly on instagram or tumblr were converted to productive time? how far would you have gone if you didn’t distract yourself?

📝 if you spend 1 hour on social media, for a month that makes 30 hours.. for these 30 hours you can:

•learn a new skill

•get in shape

•learn a new language

•invest time in your relationships

•read multiple books

•work towards your goals and get that much closer to achieving them

•etc. etc. etc.

and those 30 hours for 12 months makes 360 hours a year.. you can be 360hours ahead!!! THAT IS CRAZY!
