Gratuitous is really the headquarters of an International Criminal Cartel. 

It is where they live a "Normal life"

Anyway, while all the Cartel were all away with their accountants in Berne, Cumbalone Tactical Service were hired to ...erm... vandalise the town.

Marcc here was sent in to cover the town in red painball paint, so that the Cartel would learn that they are not welcome.

Anyway . As you can see at the end: 2 days later when Marcc came back with his little friend, the cartel saw the result of this

Sigh…. I think this video is really just a vehicle for looking at Marcc in action.
