*· ☆,.- “You aren’t talking to me here, are you?”

“Honestly, your guess is as good as mine,” Nathaniel remarked before taking a few moments to think over potential reasons. When the angel came up with nothing, he only gave a small shrug as he added, “Probably just another example of people being unbelievably willing to trust each other, even if the thing is completely ludicrous.”

*· ☆,.- “From what I know, I am usually not trusting anyone, at all?” Besides Vanessa, maybe. But V wasn’t ehre with her right now. “I simply did not know what to do with all of my time today, and they told me it would be a free spa treatmeant - didn’t know mud would be included here.”

“Shit!” Beth exclaimed, debating with herself for only a moment before diving into the water after the girl.

*· ☆,.- Skyler tried her best not to panic when feeling like someone - something - was grabbing her ankle and trying to pull her under the surface. She caughed instead, watching the woman jump into the water. “Thank.... thank you!”

“Honestly I have no idea either.  It’s just my job to get it all on your face,” This place had really good tips.

*· ☆,.- “In that case, I only hope it is also your job to wash it off my face later again as well...” Skyler muttered, trying not to roll her eyes.

“Give it twenty minutes - as it says on the instruction - and you will see ; It will totally work it’s magic. We are going to look gorgeous.” 

*· ☆,.- Skyler eyed her friend from the side while trying not to make a grimace again. “I hope you know I am only doing this because it’s you. Because you seem to beed a girl’s spa day, and all that.”

“I’m saying that all of the trying is amusing but… it’s not worth it.”

Xander saw the woman in trouble and grumbled the whole time he was taking off his jacket and shoes. Jumping into the water, he grabbed the girl around the waist and started to pull her to safety.

*· ☆,.- Skyler felt like something was holding her ankle and trying to pull her down, so she tried her best to hold onto the guy when he was trying to pull her into the opposite direction onto the shore. “Thank.... thank you.”

“I almost lost it today,people can be so rude,they could see that I was walking why on earth  would they just push past me without even a sorry.”

*· ☆,.- “Actually, people in this town are not only rude, but also pretty much insane. At least, if you ask me....”

“I really think you guys have spunk. You’re like a planet of just the cutest little engines that could. But… like the late, great actual Dick Roman used to say to the whores he’d kick out of the presidential suite… cute doesn’t quite hack it, sugar.“

*· ☆,.- “Okay, and - why exactly are you telling me that now? Like, is that some sort of joke I just don’t understand?”

“Hold on.” Alex jumped into the water and swam to the girl in distress. 

*· ☆,.- “I think there is something.... trying to pull me down....” There was panic in Skyler’s voice, and she was not sure for how much longer she could fight now.

“Hang on!” Marinette exclaimed rushing to her aid. 

*· ☆,.- “I am trying!” It was not that Skyler could not swim. But it felt all the time like something or someone was trying to pull her under the surface to drown here there.
