The girl that had been hit by a car, just in front of him, making him jump out of the car to take care of her. He wasn’t just going to let her die, even though she wasn’t breathing anymore, even though he couldn’t detect a pulse. Another twenty. “You don’t get to die on me, ok?” As if she had heard him... he felt a tiny movement, and when he checked her pulse, he found that he had brought her back. Not out of danger, but at least alive. He looked back at the crowd that had always gathered at occasions like these. “Where is that ambulance??”, He yelled. “And can someone help me stabilize her? You, get over here.” He pointed to a tall man who was watching, knowing out of experience it was always better to just point someone out instead of waiting for someone to act. “Hold her head steady for me while I go and check where she’s hurt. Can you do that for me?”
