So here’s why I was looking for paintings; I made an Art Gallery! Technically the game sees it as a museum, but sims still come to admire the art all the same. The windows you see surrounding the build are actually a separate glass structure I made with MOO, which I really think adds something to the building.

Sorry for not having posted anything on my recently started R2R challenge. Aside from trying to enjoy what little remains of my summer vacation, I stupidly deleted the save file for it while organizing and renaming my saves and was pretty bummed out by it; I dunno if it can be recovered or what, but I didn’t feel restarting it anyway so I wanna start fresh instead.
So it’s still gonna be the same story: start with 0 simoleons, then let my sim find her way to riches by opening up a store/art gallery, but with a new face instead, Madeleine Ritch (heavily inspired by the redhead from the Get Together promos). :3

Hello! So, I’ve decided to try out a challenge for a bit of a change. Created by Youtuber TheSimSupply, it’s called “Rags to Riches.” As the name suggests, my sim starts with absolutely no moolah (§0) and the basic goal is, well, to get rich! :D
So meet our heroine, Edie Ritch (im sorry i just had to haha). Currently, she’s living in a bare plot of land. With an empty pocket, there’s not much she can do but scavenge out whatever the world can provide her - mooching off food left by people at the park, digging for rocks and frogs, fishing, and napping on benches or sofas around town.
Follow her adventures as she uses her painting prowess and her plucky demeanor to soon open up an art gallery and start a flourishing business, and, one day, hopefully, reach her dreams of becoming Fabulously Wealthy.

I love the new world, but I just don’t get the whole point of the EP. It’s like a mishmash of ideas that really shouldn’t go together. The core of GTW was “new careers.” What is it exactly for this new one? “More parytying” ??
Kinda feels like they’re gonna announce more for it soon (coz in that one announcement article, they literally put 3 new features: clubs/partying, closets and the DJ booth. Like WTH? That’s it?).
Don’t get me wrong. I’m sure as hell gonna buy it for the world and build/buy items alone (coz duh. lol), and I like that they’re trying out new genuine ideas for the series and just not rehashing what we had back in the previous games, but it just feels really…meh for now.

Hey simblr! Sorry for posting jack shit for some time now. lol. I got a new computer a few months back and holybutt, I am in love with gaming on the pc. Been on console for a while, but man, this is way better. So yeah, as you can see, I’ve been pretty preoccupied with quite a few games so I haven’t had much time for TS4 sadly. I might even set up a new gaming side blog thingy if I can find time for it, hence these pics ;D.
BUT, I’m trying to get back on the groove with building and stuff again (especially with Spa Day being just an absolute gift from above for builders lol). So… yeah, hopefully I’ll be back on posting more and more stuff soon enough. :)
