my partner saw phantom with me for the first time ever a few days ago and i discovered that they are the #1 carlotta glazer. absolutely not what i was expecting but i get it

i’m seeing the Phantom tour this month with my partner and i won’t be able to handle seeing All I Ask Of You live (that shit makes me CRYYYYY)

i absolutely adore the phantom freak out after she takes off his mask. “NOW YOU CANNOT EVER BE FREE!” it’s not like she can reveal your identity she has no idea who you are, what is she going to tell people? that you’re ugly?

“purge your thoughts of the life you knew before…” Phantom has inserted himself into christine’s present, meanwhile Raoul is rooted in her past. Raoul actively reminds her of the past (Little Lotte) while Phantom wants her to forget it despite the fact he needs to her remember it, wether he knows it or not (remember she believes he is the angel her father sent to her).

phantom and raoul were both hypnotized by her voice. except phantom wanted to capture it for himself and raoul cherished it and wanted to protect the person behind it.

reminder that meg knew something was wrong from the very beginning. she believed christine. raoul did not.
