RJ entered the place to look around, intrigued by everything that he could see. He almost touches something, but then looks around to see someone staring — and walking right toward him. “I apologize. It is beautiful, I was just looking. I just wanted to see more of what this planet has when it comes to the plant life. I hope that isn’t much of a bother.” He says, pulling his hand back to his side.

Kalix shook his head, now a friendly smile on for the boy. “People getting interested in our flora is probably the best out of the whole situation.” And something he understood, being that the first thing he did when visited another planet was always ask for the plants and the animals. He just hoped his voice didn’t sound unfriendly or unwelcoming, that was a problem sometimes but he didn’t mean it. “Many of these are from other planets, though, they are on exhibition for the first weeks. The plants from Meraviglia are mostly found at the sanctuary, right at the back if you wanna see them.”

“Right. Toxic plants. What’s the point anyway.” Court chuckled a bit and sat beside the boy, smiling a little at him. “Nope. You already warned me about the deadly flower, what else could I ever ask of you?”

She wasn’t the best at starting conversations, and could get a little socially awckward sometimes, especially after dying and spending a year in an alien planet. “I’m Courtney. Aaaand I hope I’m not interrupting or anything.”

“Nice to meet you, Courtney. I’m Kalix. And I own the place, so, not interrupting.” He gave the girl a little smile. He had been gone for long and had heard stories about the people from Earth, but didn’t have the opportunity to meet one until now. There were people that didn’t care about them and others weren’t so happy about the new arrivals, but he wanted to make his out deduction. This one seemed nice, a little shy even. “I guess you’re new in the planet. There are dangerous things, but most of the fauna and flora here are as defenseless as they are beautiful. Want to see the sanctuary?”

*.. Giz raised an eyebrow and kept moving his finger closer to the plant, just teasing Kalix as he didn’t break eye contact. he loved the other’s short temper and his almost inability to deal with him trying his patience. “I heard ya were back, decided to pass by. place is lookin’ good.”

Kalix stayed where he was, watching Giz’zo’s finger getting closer to the plant and trying really hard not to react. He knew the man didn’t care about his well being and would probably touch it anyway. A groan escaped his mouth and before he could stop himself, he was pushing his friend away from it, knowing a joyful laugh was coming at his behavior. “I swear, one day I’ll stop caring about you and just let you get killed."
