SPECTROLOGIA - A Cabinet of Apparitions.

A Victorian spiritualist's field guide to the restless dead. Seven apparitions catalogued and labelled in fine italic Latin - the wailing Bean Sidhe, the furniture-hurling Spiritus Percutiens, the faceless drifting Umbra Errans, the twin-self Imago Duplex, a face materialising out of ectoplasm above a seance table. Between them lie the tools of the medium: a planchette, a summoning bell, a pocket watch stopped at midnight, a guttering candle. Antique gold filigree frames the plate edge to edge, and the motto seals it - NON OMNIS MORIAR, not all of me shall die.
