Can't get over how many things Netflix/Adi/Alex had to change in order to even attempt vilifying Sparda:
1. They went and turned demons into "just humans with horns" and killed Sparda's entire character and his arc of gaining humanity and waking up to justice.
2. They nerfed Sparda, taking his wins against Mundus and Argosax away just so they could bash Sparda for "locking demons with him" (never happened in games)
3. They removed the fact demons can still come to human world if they wished to and stay there just so they could claim Sparda "made a WALL" (and they can't even stay true to it from episode to episode) (nerfed demons to a degree so humans can bully them like they're actual refugees which is a whole other level of disgusting and reprehensible)
4. Made him an absent father when he was there for his family, trained his sons, gave them their swords and made a shelter for his family. Sparda had done all contingencies before he died.
5. Removed his soul and will from his swords so now they're just swords
6. Made humans hate and look down on Sparda too. Because it's not enough to bash him every other episode, let's make the people he saved spite him too
Probably more out there but these pissed me off the most. This show has nothing but outright contempt for Sparda and season 3 will not change that.
