This should be fun. It has been speculated to be something along these lines for a while, so it’s not really a shock. We knew that the planeswalker duel deck had been moved to spring so that the flavor duel deck could be in the fall to match up with the start of the next block. That meant that it would be on Ravnica, and Niv-Mizzet seemed like a likely choice for the face of the product. Golgari, Selesnya, and Orzhov were the only ones that made sense as the opposition, as they were the only ones that contained neither red or blue. The other mythic will likely be Sister of Stone Death or Savra, Queen of Golgari. I suppose it’s possible that Jarad gets a card, which could be a preview card for Return to Ravnica. Jarad is a zombie after all.
