Now that I am working on my new series I'm reminded of the journey of my last body of work; the seven piece (9 figures) bronze Eternity series. Many people don't know that I sculpted the Eternity series a second time after it melted due to a heat wave ((2 days before I had planned to deliver them to the foundry). And since I work in oil base plasteline just imagine the consistency of the medium of wax and how heavy clay is. So when it softened (like butter) due to the heat wave some of my pieces due to gravity collapsed and others dripped down the armatures. The next day I began the 6 month process of resculpting all seven pieces of the Eternity series.
