Kyoyaâs gaze at his tea broke into a doubtful one. He had always been good at reading people, which explained why he had trouble believing the girlâs response. Still, her way of life barely seemed suitable at all.
Upon hearing the girlâs hobby, the young manâs own interest was fired up.Â
"Oh have you?" Kyoya quickly replied. Of course, he too enjoyed the pursuit of literature on his spare time "I havenât read that book. I suppose itâs because my taste stretches to mostly classic books or critically acclaimed ones. Iâve so far read many Shakespearean works, and novels from Osamu Dazai as well. He was an exceptionally talented man, itâs quite a shame that the world couldnât have enjoyed more of his works."
« ΔŃĐ· »â;  Truthfully the brunette enjoyed seeing him so fired up about something. He usually seemed pretty quiet, preferring to listen than to speak. So, seeing him get excited over such a simple thing made her smile. At least now he doesn't seem to be worrying about her as much. Reina doesn't like making people worry.
"I haven't really read much Shakespeare myself; it's hard for me to understand." She decided to continue speaking, though it might have just been best if she stopped. "I didn't start reading until I was ten, so it has taken me some time to catch up. Maybe in a year or two I'll actually be able to read it."Â It was definitely something that she was looking forward to.
âWhere you used to be, there is a hole in the world, which I find myself constantly walking around...
« Iâm not exactly going on hiatus on Reina, but you can more commonly find me over here. So, everyone go follow me on Lottie~! »

- Alexander nods gently at her. He was worried she would kick him out first. He shifts in his spot on the floor, his large form barely fitting in the small space of the corner. He leans back, squares his shoulders and sighs. âI..was sort of afraid..you would kick me out too.." He whispers in a child like manner and fiddles with his thumbs.Â
- At least she wasnât as mean or as intimidating as the other people he usually stumbled upon. He was thankful for that at least. He calms himself down and sighs again, and looks back at her with mild curiosity now. âThis place is warm and has light. I-I just came here to rest for a little bit and then leave. Didnât wanna bother anyone."Â
« ΔŃĐ· »â; "I'm sure you're not bothering anyone." Just from what she had witnessed of him, he seemed incapable of bothering anyone. Reina briefly wondered if he was on some long journey or something like that. Why else would he enter a random apartment building?
"I just entered because I wanted to find out what was in this building." At least she was honest. Pink hues drifted down to him and examined him a bit more extensively. "Why are you sitting on the floor like that? Isn't it uncomfortable?" It was an incredibly valid question.Â

â Lightly, the ghostâs eyes open. Talking. Someone was speaking to him.Â
-Â âN-No..I donât live here.."Â He answers quietly, his voice a hush in the air that smells of clean laundry and the night outside. He gently glances towards her, his jade green optics contrasting with the light. He felt the creep of shyness and nervousness poke at his gut, the familiarity of it making his hands slightly clench.Â
- He forces himself to relax. Sheâs already seen him. He canât fade or escape now, that would cause too much ruckus. He doesnât say anything more and looks to the side, blinking gently as he sits in silence.Â
« ΔŃĐ· »â; As awkward as she was with social interaction, it didn't exactly make her nervous. It was large crowds of people that bothered her. But, with just the two of them here, it didn't bother her much at all to talk to him.
"Is that so?" She sighed in slight relief. "I don't either. I was half afraid you'd have me kicked out." Really, she was. But now that she knew she was safe here for the time being she allowed herself to calm  down.
The other seemed like a nice enough person, and she couldn't help but wonder why he had been sitting in the corner alone. "Did you come in here to rest, then?"

â The dark scares him.Â
â Alexander doesnât know why. Heâs 19 years old (at least he has been since 18something) and the dark shouldnât scare him anymore. The dark scares children. He was not a child. But he was childish. And that is all the excuse Alex should need.Â
â Alex doesnât really have a place he calls home. Being a ghost gave him the ability to fade, to hide himself from the world and allowed him to sneak in somewhere for the night. He made sure not to do anything drastic. He just laid somewhere warm and slept till morning. That certainly cold and dark night, the ghost stumbled his way into a large apartment complex.Â
â His heart was racing, fast and quick and made his lungs burn with fear. It was just the dark, only the dark. Nothing will get you, Alexander. Youâll be okay, he kept telling himself. He easily brushes past a few oblivious humans around him, before exhaling and allowing himself to sit down in a snug corner of the lobby. He slightly becomes a little less transparent and shuts his eyes closed, the warmth of the complex comforting him.Â
â He just hopes that no one will bother him.Â
« ΔŃĐ· »â; Having such a low perception of danger, it was only natural that Reina was not afraid of the dark. She enjoyed it, in fact. Whenever it was dark there tended to be less people around. Social interaction wasn't on the list of things she particularly favored and so she was quite often a night owl. A curious little night owl that tended to wander when the sun had set.
That was how she had ended up in this apartment building; wandering. She simply walked right in. The brunette did this often into all sorts of buildings. Her theory was that if she wasn't supposed to enter then the door would be locked.
Deciding to take a slight break from her aimless walking she sat down on a bench in the lobby, soon noticing the other sitting in the corner. Somehow she felt obligated to talk to him. What if he lived here and called someone to drag her out of the building? She wouldn't like that at all.
"A-Ah, hello. Do you, um...live here?" Were her eyes playing tricks on her or was he slightly transparent? It was late; she was probably just tired.
Xander smiled. So the female had chosen him to interact with? Thatâd be nice. He enjoyed learning, after all. He learned that she had a stutter already. Much like him.
He didnât even need to glance down at the keyboard on his wrist to type out what he wanted to say. "Hello."
« ΔŃĐ· »â; Reina tended to stutter when she was nervous or unsure of what to say. Even so she was polite as can be, curiously tilting her head at the other. "If I may ask, why were you staring at me?"
The brunette enjoyed to learn about other people as well, though she usually preferred not to directly interact with them.
