No, because the Toy Story universe was made by Disney, so sex toys don't exist there. For that matter, sex doesn't exist in Toy Story. Much like Pokemon, two adults stand next to each until a baby spontaneously appears.
A less Doyleist take is that, in Toy Story, only those objects subjected to children's imagination, effort, and affection (however twisted it may be, like with Sid from the first film) become alive.
