(This was the slightly silly post I have talked about previously🤭. I grew up watching the 03’ & 09’ series and I’ve recently watched it again with my younger cousin, as well as the 1980s original series and the new 2026 series☺️. After that, I’ve gotten a lot of inspiration to make the characters over and I’ve had such a good time doing so! Since my makeover series is nearing its end, I wanted to try doing something other, which landed me here🤗! Anyways, character design choices and explorations is listed below if you’re interested.♥️)

When I started the makeovers i tried doing it in my usual style, but it just kinda felt off? I still think it looks like my sims, but slightly cartoon-ified? Anyway, they all kinda look the same, which was the intention, they all started from the same base-sim and i just slightly customized it to better fit the character illustrations i was seeing. The reason being that I just wanted them to seem more like cartoon characters or dolls, so few variations between, but just enough to make them look like seperate characters. Also, side note, but i just could not find an apple hat fro Apple? So i just went with the strawberry one, i really wanted to try making them based on my pre-existing cc rather than downloding more, you know?
Last note, but im norwegian, and i obviously watched this show in the norwegian dub, which was called "Jordbær Mathilde", translated as "Strawberry Mathilde", which made me really confused when i started searching for the original english dub, casue she suddenly didnt have a name🤔? Anyways, that was your fun norwegian fact for the day!🤗

Noah: Why’d you take so long to open the door? I’ve been out here waiting forever. And you weren’t answering your phone either… Look how late it is. You weren’t really gonna let your big brother sleep out on the street, were you? [tsk]
Simon: Of course not. But after all that drama you had with Dad, I didn’t think you’d come back tonight. Dad was really upset, you know? I think you went too far this time, brother. He didn’t even want dinner. He just locked himself in his room…
Noah: [interrupting him] Yeah, yeah, yeah… Dad, Dad, Dad… this is what I think about Dad. [makes a mocking gesture] He probably locked himself in there to get drunk again anyway. [laughs]
Simon: [starting to get angry] Noah! You never take anything seriously. Everything’s a joke to you. Honestly, now I really think I should leave you sleeping outside.
Noah: Alright, move already and let me in before that grumpy old man wakes up… I’m dead tired.
