I'm Will Schuester, head of music and theater at NYU. I am a also a part-time singer and musician, I play guitar and piano and I'm a featured performer at Callbacks karaoke cafe on the weekends.
It is with sadness that I must tell you the RP has decided to close due to inactivity. Â I have been a part of NYU Gleeks since the very beginning and have been through a ton of drama, hard times and so much more. Â Nonetheless, it has been a pleasure to get to know such wonderful people and to interact with both followers, fellow players and anons alike. Â It's made me a better roleplayer.
That being said, if you know of a RP (preferably an ask RP) that needs a Will (Wemma endgame preferred), please let me know.

Notes: Having already sung four of his songs during the charity concert, Will prepares to sing the final one of his set
The applause died down after Will sang the fourth song of his five-song set. Â The concert had been going well all evening, and the three performers that had come before him had all done well too. Â With almost three thousand people in attendance plus a pit orchestra, he was feeling very confident going into his fifth song - his opener of "Dancing Through Life" was a great starter, with his solo interpretation of "Falling Slowly" accompanying himself on the guitar a perfect contrast. Â "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" and "Maria" complimented each other nicely as well, and it was with this fifth song that he put all his focus and much of his practice on because he really wanted to do it justice. Â The lights on stage changed as the orchestra started the last song, Will closing his eyes and clearing his mind before starting to sing.

He knew Emma was in the audience watching, so of course he wanted to make her proud as well as those of his students who cheered him on in the days leading up to the show.

He felt a new wave of confidence coursing through him as the music intensified into the biggest part of the song, his voice growing stronger as well.

There was a short instrumental part, and then he went into the last part singing in a gentle voice.

He held the last word of the song until the final strains died out. Â There was a few seconds of silence, then the audience rose to its feet, applauding wildly and cheering giving Will a standing ovation. Â Stepping back from the microphone with a smile, he bowed and walked off the stage still hearing the crowd cheering for him.
Tonight's my performance at the Beacon, all the rehearsals went well and I'm looking forward to the show. Â I'm confident in my song choices and I'm going to go out there and do my best.

Tonight I, Jesse St. James, officially get my chance to shine on the big stage, also known as Broadway. Am I nervous? Maybe a little. But deep down, I know that ultimately, it’s going to be worth it.
