DWC May 2023 - Day 3 - Blind
âHow did I miss this?â
He didnât know whether to be amused or annoyed at the scene playing out in the kitchen, and then he felt Nyllaeâs hand against his back and heard her scoff.Â
âHonestly, I donât know - and you should be a little ashamed. Heâs not a small animal. Youâd almost have to blind to miss him, especially with Razilee balancing on top of him like that.â
He should have stopped it, what was happening in the kitchen - he should have moved from his bedroom to scold both Cibor (for playing the part of the rather large step-stool) and Razilee (for using the younger tiger as the step-stool) who was busy reaching for whatever she could grab off of the top shelves but he was too impressed at the balance and the fact that the act lookedâŚpracticed.
âHow often do they do this?â
âAt least a couple of times a week Iâll see her do this with him, sometimes with Savage.â Nyllae paused, glancing up at her husband with a quirked eyebrow. âAre you honestly telling me that youâve never seen her do this?â
âNo - never. You think I wouldâve let this keep happening?â
He was then met with a pointed look. â...Okay so I mightâve let it keep happening, but no, Iâve never seen thisâŚor I mightâve purposely overlooked itâŚalright, thatâs enough.âÂ
In his defenseâŚit was very different to see something practiced outside versus in their kitchen.Â
Not that he was about to argue the difference.
