We don't know yet, haven't seen him in any of the arts or met him in the story. Since the Shibuya attack seems to have killed a lot of people there's a chance he died which is why he isn't around but I'm hoping that's not the case and he will show up! I think his dynamic with Sinker would be interesting especially since Hina is involved.

i don't even like sinker. i keep reading his name as stinker. it wouldn't really make sense to kill off the main antagonist and have them with no relation to the next big antagonist. nearly everything bad in TR has happened because of kisaki and his influence...
