i do wonder if i should push away things that are distracting or unpleasant 

i think lately i have been slowly realizing i need to live for myself and not other people, make decisions that would make ME happy

i think the reason why im always so fucking tired of everything is that im always striving to be perfect 

and im very happy that i was subconsciously making the right decision

was able to make this VERY important self discovery today

THIS IS actually so sad to say but in swimming some ppl just cant get fast because their body is not built to swim

I am a FIRM believer that if you dont have a winners mentality you will probably never become the BEST
