Quietly counting to three, Cordelia looked at the poor Manakete before pulling the arrow out of her stomach. Fresh blood seeped out of the wound, and she immediately wrapped it in bandages.

I’m no cleric, but this is the least I can do.

Raising the nearly broken staff she received from Lissa earlier in battle, she waved it, hoping Nowi’s wound would close up a bit more from her weak staff skills.

Nowi just about howled in pain as the arrow was pulled out, nearly ripping her insides apart. It probably did, given all the blood, but soon a staff hovered over her belly and glowed.

She stiffened, breathing hard but letting the staff do its work. It heleaed her insides, it began to close the wounds, but still left noticable scars behind. She would have to find a skilled cleric later to get rid of those.

In a puddle of her own blood, she sat up.

"It's gone?" Nowi hiccuped quietly, "It's gone... th-th-thank you!!!" Immediately, she threw her arms around Cordelia in a tight hug.

The scent of blood brings a shifted Panne sprinting towards the manakete, her nose twitching gently as she tracks the girl down. Large paws finally touch down next to Nowi, worried pink eyes glancing up into her face.

"Are you alright?"

The words were barely out of her mouth before she leaned her head gently against the girl’s chest in an attempt to steady her and give her something to hold on to.

"Do you have a healing potion? If you require mine, it is in the pouch on my left hip."

A weak sob echoes throughout the area, and Nowi just about grabs onto the taguel's ears and pulls, needing some sort of comfort. It hurt so badly, and she needed the arrow out immediately.

"Get it ooouuutt!" Nowi whined, gesturing weakly to the arrow. "Please...!" Tears dripped from her eyes, her breathing was harsh. "Please..."

Still, she groped for the elixir in Panne's pouch, grabbing hold of it and keeping it in her grip. She'd drink it--after the arrow was out.

Maribelle and Lissa were occupied, they were healing others who had far more life threatening injuries than Nowi, not that they didn’t want to help, though. Plus, the time it’d take for them to come over here would not be anything beneficial to her. Nowi needed someone to heal her, and fast.

Opening a concoction, Cordelia held it to her small lips, hoping this would at least help the wound heal faster.

"Nowi.. This.. This is going to hurt, alright? Please, after I take this arrow out, hand me those bandages on your left."

One small hand reached up to grab the concoction, drinking it down as best she could. It tasted like blood, thanks to the thick, coppery liquid in her mouth, and she nearly spat it back out in Cordelia's face.

Not to mention, it hurt to swallow.

"Okay," she whimpered weakly, her chest heaving and blood already seeping out from around the arrow to stain her fair skin red.

The male’s eyes widened as he nearly stumbled on his way dashing to the Manakete. He took hold of her shoulders and began to push her downward. “We need to pull that out and dress the wounds immediately, you need to stay calm.” Said the one with the worried expression on his face as he set Nowi in her side. He didn’t have bandages, but removed his bandanna feeling it would be a sufficient piece of cloth to cover her wound until they could get to a healer. “It’s gonna be okay Nowi, just stay calm and lay still okay?”

A weak sob fell from her, only causing more blood to dribble from her mouth and onto the ground. She didn't knwo what to do, she'd never had a wound this bad before. Every movement she made hurt, it burned, and she began to cry.

"Get it oooouuuut," begged the Manakete, blood seeping around her fingers.

"Nowi—!" Cordelia rushed over, fretting over the obvious pain she was in. But she couldn’t just pull the arrow out; the chance of her bleeding to death was much too high.

"J-Just calm down, lets get you to Lissa or Maribelle.. N-No wait, actually.." She laid the little manakete on the ground, fussing to keep her comfortable. Moving would make it worse.

"I-I’ll be right back—!!"

Nowi had to lie on her side thanks to the arrow. Her hands curled around the end of it, gripping on tightly. If only she had the strength to rip it out of her, but she didn't want too bleed out everywhere.

That'd just make a mess... she didn't want to make a mess.

Miserably, she lay there, in obvious pain as she awaited some form of help.
